On the collection of the material for the play “Hour 18” - interviews, documents, certificates, statistics - a large team of theater.doc - playwright Ekaterina Bondarenko, directors Anastasia Patlay and Zosya Rodkevich worked. One of the stages of the work was to “keep a documentary diary”-the girls recorded their feelings from meetings when collecting material, some information that surprised them or, in their opinion, could be useful for a future play. It turned out such a “documentary document” - the very first stage in the creation of the play “Hour 18” - when there was no understanding of anything or what. The diary that we publish is the director of Anastasia Patlai, 2010.

From October 7 to November 12, M. is in the therapeutic department of Butyrka. Daylight does not penetrate into the hospital chambers at all.

According to Romanova, the men in Butyrka (her husband’s cellmates and other prisoners) believed that M. was broken physically. That the weakening of his health is a sign of brokenness not spiritual, but physical. Romanova’s husband Alexei Kozlov intersected with M. in the drive.

Romanova and Borschev believe that M. had a way out (to accept the conditions of the investigation, to stipulate himself and others), but he did not work. Romanova says that this path (cooperation), as a rule, does not change anything in the outcome of the matter. Her husband was given exactly such a period as they promised at the very beginning, before she paid a lot of money to facilitate his fate. Romanova says that there are groups in the system of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, factory affairs for businessmen by order of interested parties. And many participants in such groups take money from both parties - both from customers and victims (special cynicism).

“He goes to Gon” in prison jargon - when the prisoner meaningfully and resolutely wants to die and dies.

The doctor Litvinova said: "I wanted to achieve a transfer to sailor silence to do the operation." When she began to say this, she took her with an interview by the hands. They said that, they say, "you are upset."

From a five-meter chamber, it was supposedly captured by order due to repairs to Butyrka.

The task of the investigation is to break a person, and the entire huge investigative machine (Moloch) works for this. For example, lawyers are still sitting in line, and the investigator passes, where he wants. They feel like kings.

But the hereditary jailer is good. Because he has no anger to the prisoners. And in Moscow, jailers come from the police, because they have their own attitude to the prisoners.

Two types of jailers:

This is a certain caste - “operative”. After all, they are obligated by a certain number of unsolved crimes, because they should encourage boutiques and denunciations, and even force them.

The jailers do not like operatives.

We need a psychologist and a physician, the jailer is not obliged to promote investigators, he is more interested in good conditions: so that there are no riots, shoots.

The doctor Gauss said that M. agreed to hospitalization, and then she allegedly recorded a psychiatric breakdown from Magnitsky: he lifted and hit the couch twice, shouted “they want to kill me” and “why are you rummaging in my things” (48 sheets of M. really disappeared). Then Gauss caused a brigade of amplification of 8 people and by phone ordinary urban psychiatric care of 2 people. When the amplification team appeared and put on the handcuffs on M., the doctor Gauss left M. and went up to her office. The paramedic Sasha remained with Magnitsky, who stood all this hour in the corridor. The ambulance brigade did not let M. not allowed for an hour. They arrived at 20:00 (according to Gauss at 20:48) they launched them at 21:00). When they nevertheless entered, they recorded the biological death of Magnitsky.

There is a version that M. died in Butyrka. But in the video he likes himself in the car himself. In addition, he drags heavy bags with things. He was taken to the hospital only three days after the statement, that the pains are unbearable.

In sailor silence, everyone “rejoiced” when they established the cause of death: “heart failure”, and not “S.N. Against the background of developing pancreatic. " Because they could be charged.

Two red stripes in the case mean “especially dangerous” or “particularly violent” in fact - the family did not pay for it separately.

Doctors are conditionally divided into doctors “from the system” and “outside the system”. “From the system” - prison doctors who, as a rule, have military or police officials. “Out of the system” - ambulance doctors who were called in emergency cases to transport the patient. This, in particular, is a paramedic of Light, who on the day of death accompanied M. from Butyrka to the sailor's silence, a team of psychiatrists, who were called on the same day in the sailor’s silence. Doctor Larisa Litvinova - Head. The therapeutic department of Butyrka: wanted to "achieve M.'s transfer to the sailor silence." Who interfered? System

The whole system is divided into 4 groups: investigators, jailers (including doctors), judges, judicial convoy (separately, because they have their own interests - bribery).

Borschev believes that the jailers, in principle, (ideally, as I understand it - A.P.) are interested in maintaining the life and health of prisoners. But the authorities of the investigators are not limited, therefore they have a significant impact on the conditions of the detention of prisoners in the MLS, using this as an element of pressure. Judges often find themselves in the same team with investigators.

Investigators have their own interests - a plan for the disclosure of crimes, extortion, and take up business assets to their hands. According to Borshchev, there is a certain type of operative - a person who treats everyone with suspicion.

In Moscow, 57 people died in a pre -trial detention center this year, and 30% of the arrested have mental disorders. Mortality increased.

What is the story

According to Borshchev, M. did not accept the rules of the game adopted in the system. He fell out of it with his stubborn desire to act within the framework of the law (only Anastasia Patlay). Borschev believes that Magnitsky won. His death is a victory over the system, because she could not digest him.
