The Pskov City Court arrested Dmitry Semenovsky, a member of Open Russia, for four days. Yesterday, he was taken away in an unknown direction by people in civilian clothes, who introduced themselves as employees of the criminal investigation department. This is reported by MBKh Media with reference to the coordinator of the Human Rights Postcard Polina Nemirovskaya.

According to her, the activist was arrested for "consumption of narcotic drugs or psychotropic substances without a doctor's prescription" (6.9 of the Code of Administrative Offenses).

The Mediazona publication, citing Alexander Zakharov, a member of the federal council of Open Russia, clarifies that Semenovsky was arrested for refusing to undergo a medical examination.

Zakharov said that the arrest meeting "was organized in secret from everyone." No one has seen Semenovsky so far and there is no connection with him.

A member of the Yabloko party, Vladimir Zhilinsky, writes on his Telegram channel that after the trial, Semenovsky was taken to a temporary detention center in Komissarovsky Lane in Pskov.
