In Moscow, at the Japanese Embassy, where President Vladimir Putin and Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe are currently meeting, police detained 11 people who oppose the transfer of the Kuriles. This was announced to OVD-Info by the coordinator of the "Left Front" Sergei Udaltsov.
He specified that a meeting with State Duma deputies was being held at the embassy. “The police are seizing the posters. Declares that only deputies can hold posters, ”says Udaltsov.
The names of two detainees are known - Renat Yakubov and Rodion Kapanadze. All the detainees were taken to the police department in the Krasnoselsky district.
