In July, three provocateurs with a banner “Navalny is our president” told the police that they were organized by Tabalov. A protocol was drawn up against the activist, but the court sided with him and ordered the Ministry of Internal Affairs to pay 500 rubles for moral damage and 300 rubles for state duty expenses. An inspection was carried out against Yandiev, his guilt was established.
