The founder of the Kuzbass holding of the Siberian Business Union (SDS) Vladimir Gridin sells his share in the coal corporation. It can buy it a longtime partner Mikhail Fedyaev.

The purchase of 47.5% of the voting shares of the SDS was submitted to the Federal Antimonopoly Service. It is published on the website of the department, but the name and surname of the applicant are lured from the notification of the FAS.

“As part of the consideration of the specified application, interested parties are entitled to submit to the antimonopoly authority information about the impact on the state of competition of such a transaction, a different action,” the document says.

The interlocutors of the publication said that Gridin decided to get out of the business and transfer the share of the co -owner of the holding Mikhail Fedyaev. According to the Kontur-Focus base, 66.7% of the corporation belongs to Vladimir Gridin and his sons Andrei and Sergey, 33.3% with Mikhail Fedyaev. The son of Fedyaev Pavel, in turn, is a deputy of the State Duma.

SDS is one of the largest coal producers in Russia.
