Alfa-Bank began to implement mortgage transactions using electronic registration.

Electronic registration of real estate transactions is a modern service that allows you to quickly, without visiting the MFC and Rosreestr, register the right to claim under an agreement on participation in shared construction and a pledge in favor of Alfa-Bank. All documents are submitted by the parties to the transaction through a personal account, thereby eliminating the "territorial obstacle" in the acquisition of real estate.

“The introduction of the new service is a continuation of our strategy for the digitalization of the mortgage business. The service allows you to reduce the actual time of state registration from 10-12 days to 2-3 days, that is, the seller will receive funds three times faster,” commented Artem Ivanov, Mortgage Lending Development Director at Alfa-Bank.
