Every time another horror or absurdity happens in Russia — when Nemtsov is killed, Savchenko is tried, when another hostage is taken in the Kerch Strait — there are certainly people (and many) who are convinced that Putin personally does all this.
Even the recent misadventures of Nastya Rybka in a Russian pre-trial detention center prompted several liberal commentators to say that, they say, this is not Deripaska - this, they say, the state has already fallen on poor Rybka, and the entire state machine is taking revenge on her.
I must say that people who think that the state itself is taking revenge on Nastya Rybka, fundamentally do not understand how it works.
The current state does not actually have a single brain from which it is controlled. To some extent, it has no brain at all. To him, like a dinosaur, the brain is replaced by instincts - grasping, stinging and defensive.
In addition, this state is principally rented out to socially close people. If you ask me who is a member of Putin's elite, this is a person who can rent a piece of the state. It's almost a definition.
For example, Khodorkovsky will not be leased a piece of the state. And Shenderovich will not be handed over. And Deripaska - please, he is socially close.
As a result, if we analyze the case of Nastya Rybka, everyone will benefit. Deripaska will do what he needs. The leased piece of the state will receive the money, and the public will get the impression that the state has a brain. Although in fact in this case it was Deripaska's brain. He borrowed the dead body of this state for a moment, put it on like clothes, and did what he needed.
Exactly the same thing happens when a lobbyist in the Duma or the government breaks through another law: that all data of Russian citizens be stored on Russian servers (of course, belonging to him), or that only drugs that he has certified are sold in Russia, etc. All these laws, on the one hand, bring down the country into a hole of pseudo-patriotic madness, and on the other hand, they work exclusively on the fuel of selfish commercial interests.
Again. Anyone who believes that Russia is Mordor, which is constantly guided by the watchful eye of Sauron, simply does not understand how today's Russia is actually arranged.
And it is arranged according to a very simple principle. As a former KGB officer, Putin knows very well that
in a big country there will always be a lot of volunteers to do abominations. We just need to not interfere with them.
They will do everything themselves. In this sense, our state is such an anti-market.
What is a market? This is a one layer network. This is a network, each segment of which makes decisions on its own at what price to sell the product. The market has no central brain. If there were, it would be the State Planning Commission, not the market. In the market, price is determined by supply and demand.
Exactly the same is the modern Russian state. It's a marketplace that sells stars and lobbying regulations. Decrees are sold for money, stars are sold for money and for points. Everyone who is involved in Putin's state earns for himself:
a) money to buy new sprockets;
b) glasses - for the same.
The rules of the game are designed so that points can only be earned by abomination. The more abomination you do, the higher the points. At the same time, it is absolutely known that glasses will never be removed for an abomination.
If you kill, steal, disgrace yourself, they will never ask you. They can only ask if you did something good.
Undoubtedly, the creator of this unique system is Putin personally. This is his brainchild. This is his architecture. This is a new feudalism, in which the close and chosen are delegated the right to use violence, not because the state does not want to create violence itself - it wants and can. But because it does not always want to answer. The system is built to not respond. So that the first students themselves come running and ask: let me spoil.
Who to spoil? First of all, Russia. All these people crap first of all Russia. Do not think that they are spoiling some kind of Pindos, Ukrainians, Europe, etc.
They crap Russia. Her future. Her present. Her economy. to its population.
Before our eyes, the third collapse of the Russian Empire took place.
The first was when the Bolsheviks came and established national republics. The second was when in 1991 these republics separated from Russia. And the third happened when Russia ceased to be a metropolis for the elite of these republics. It has ceased to be a place where children are sent to study and where children go to make a career. Our IT companies have lost the entire Ukrainian market. Georgian youth speak English better than Russian. All this is also the result of the activities of the zombie state.
And, finally, as a result of this activity, Russia has lost international respect. We are expected to do the wildest and most unproductive tricks and the funniest lies after that. We carry out special urine-swapping operations, we send chepigs to admire the Salisbury Cathedral, and there is noisy and a lot of time about this.
The question is why?
The president is responsible for answering this question. But for any individual Rybka - no.
