Residents are protected from point development using BRDM and Putin's Decree

In the Moscow district of Ramenka, residents have been blocking access to the focus of point development at the address: Michurinsky Prospekt, house 30b. They clock each other at the duty at the gates of the construction site, blocked the perimeter with their own cars. They rented an armored reconnaissance and diver machine so as not to miss the construction equipment to the facility.

Michurinsky Prospekt 30B is one of more than twenty point buildings in Ramenki. For several years now, residents of the district and municipal deputies have been fighting against non -contrasting high -rise buildings on the site of the latest squares and social institutions.

The Ramenki has a very difficult situation with the infrastructure: there is not a single hospital, not a single pool, just one clinic for a whole area.

Due to the profitable geographical location and opening of new metro stations, the value of real estate is growing. At the moment, the Ramenki has been bypassed at the price per square meter even Khamovniki. This attracts more and more developers.

In 2018, numerous rallies against development were held in the area, in particular against the facility on Michurinsky Prospekt. Residents asked the authorities to build a kindergarten at this place or break the square, but they were not heard.

From December 27, when an active construction began, they will be on duty around the clock at the gate, even if minus 20 on the street. They blocked the perimeter with their own cars.

They also rented an indifferent citizen an armored reconnaissance-duzzle machine (BRDM) and blocked the entry with its help.

According to a resident of a neighboring house with a construction site, Catherine’s house, representatives of the builder tried to break through several times, but residents will guard the entrance around the clock. During the month of duty, fights took place with ChOP employees, after which some activists were in custody. After the appearance of BRDM, the situation began to constantly control the police officers.

On January 24, 2019, another exacerbation happened. Representatives of the developer adjusted the large squad, as well as a tow truck capable of accepting BRDM. But there was no confrontation. Only the police car and a small tow truck remained. Residents continue to guard. And they intend to stand until victory. The emergence of military equipment made a strong impression on law enforcement officers. A traffic police officer, for example, photographed him from all sides, and then very nervously talked with someone on the phone.

The owner of the BRDM, famous on social networks, says: says:

“I was asked by the locals to put it, and I decided to drive me out of solidarity. Here they wage war with people, with a kindergarten, a square. The district police officer called, of course, but quite calmly was only interested in what was happening. ”

Residents on duty in the cold share their experience:

“When we call the police, we are waiting for hours, but here, on construction, they appear instantly. This afternoon was a bus with police and a loader. They could, guarding us, to push us away, but many people came out, and they were afraid. Perhaps they just wanted to scare away, or maybe they are waiting for the coming of the night. ”

Construction is fenced with sections of the fence, as at authorized rallies: with the emblem of the Moscow government. True, the symbolism was cut down by grinder shortly after the fences were brought. Residents are afraid that children can climb through this fence and suffer. It is installed so that an adult can reach the drill with his hand.

One of the activists says:

“Someone here is possible here, but not to those who live here. They conduct earthwork, screw pipes into the ground, and they have no permission for this. And they continue to do this from December 27, even on weekends. About 50 shrubs have already been destroyed. ”

On January 24, a meeting of the Council of Deputies was held, at which representatives of the district put forward an idea instead of building a high -rise building at 30b Michurinsky Prospekt, to break the square there and call it the name of Stanislav Sergeyevich Govorukhin. The municipal deputy of the district, Emilia Khokhlova, comments:

“The deputies of the district from the letter of the administration learned about the presidential decree“ On perpetuating the memory of S.S. Govorukhina. " At a meeting with residents, the administration suggested that the director fly in honor of the director, but people said that it was stupid and cynical. ”

A meeting of the Council of Deputies ended with applause and resolution “to invite the Moscow government to create a square at the address: Michurinsky Prospekt, 30b, and call it the name S.S. Govorukhina. Which will allow the decree of the President of the Russian Federation, as well as resolve the urban planning conflict between the developer and the inhabitants of the surrounding houses, which leads to acute social tension in the area. ” This appeal will be sent to Vladimir Vladimirovich Putin, to the All -Russian Popular Front, the mayor of Moscow and the district council of the Ramenka district.

Residents will replace each other on duty until the resolution of the Council of Deputies is realized.
