
A pensioner from Novosibirsk became a dance star on a pylon. 65-year-old Svetlana Miroshkina is in the afternoon of a cleaner in a supermarket, and Pole Dance is engaged in her free time. Relatives at first did not take Svetlana’s passion seriously - she never went in for sports, and she had problems with pressure. Ignoring criticism from the outside, she in 5 years not only got rid of ailments, but also dropped 25 kilograms.
- They told me: Svetlana Georgievna, are you ..? This is ... This is somehow ... you yourself know the attitude among the people to Pilon. She daughter, she is 42 years old, she, of course, negatively reacted to this. And my son - my son is a year younger than my daughter - he just smiles. I even had one at a speech on one, I shot it on camera, ”says Miroshkina.

When she called the studio and discussed everything, only at the end she reported her age. At the other end of the wire, they were silent for a few seconds and invited to classes. Since then, Pilon has replaced the pensioner and fitness and gymnastics. In addition, she switched to a healthy diet.
-What to sit? And so, old age will take his own, and I do not succumb to her, I will do while I am alive. To look only good, like a woman ... an awesome woman. I fell in love with Pilon with a run. He gives me so many emotions, so many energy - I am different at all. I am coming here on the way and young. I came here - and I am already 18, ”says Svetlana.
In the past, she is a male plaster, now he is working as a cleaner in a store. Immediately after a hard day in the supermarket, she puts on a tight suit and goes to classes. She has a goal - to go to the Pole Dance championship in Moscow and get into the Guinness Book of Records as the oldest participant in such competitions.
“Girls are ashamed to say“ I can’t say ”because they see what result is 65 years old and they are doing better,” says Olga Yurina, a dance coach on a pylon.
The studio is already used to the fact that Svetlana Miroshkina inspires newcomers. Many of her dancing colleagues look at her with enthusiasm and say: "I would really like to continue to engage in Pole Dance in her years."
