The trial of a Ukrainian teenager accused of tending to terrorism (part 1 of article 205.1 of the Criminal Code), is now in full swing. Witnesses and friend Paul are questioned.

19-year-old Pavel Grib, according to the FSB, tried to convince a 17-year-old schoolgirl from Sochi Tatyana Ershova to lay a home-made explosive device at school No. 26 and blow it up on the graduation day of June 30, 2017, after which Tatyana was supposed to leave Russia. The teenagers did not arrange an explosion, but the employees of the Krasnodar UFSB, having gained access to the correspondence of young people, decided to start a criminal case on them. They came with searches to the apartment of Yershova’s parents and forced her to cooperate, saying that they were not going to arrest the mushroom. In return, the girl was promised to issue a passport with which she will be able to leave Russia. The girl planned to move to live with Paul in Ukraine.

Young people set a date in the Belarusian Gomel. Half an hour after the meeting, Pavel Mushroom was abducted by several people in civilian clothes and delivered to the city of Yartsevo, Smolensk region. And two weeks later, the mushroom was already discovered in the Krasnodar pre -trial detention center - 5.

“Get up, free the corridor to the fourth hall,” says the bailiff. People are reluctant to rise and go to another part of the corridor:

-Oh, they will lead someone dangerous.

After a couple of minutes, the bailiffs are bent almost to the guy’s floor. This is Pavel Mushroom.

“Well,” you can hear in the corridor. -Some kind of boy.

Pavel really seems to be a boy: small, thin. Before the arrival of the judicial brigade, he asks with curiosity who came to the hearing:

“Come another four, I have two meetings today,” he asks for journalists.

The first is considered by the appeal: the mushroom says that he feels bad and asks to transfer it from the pre -trial detention center under house arrest. The court refuses the petition.

Criminal investigators were interrogated by video communication. Alexander Bespalov, Alexander Mazurov and Evgeny Matyukhin claimed to be detained in the city of Yartsevo.

- Operational information was received, and we arrived at the station. On the platform they saw a suspicious young man. They approached him, showed certificates, checked the documents. He had a Ukrainian passport with him. Since he behaved suspiciously, they invited him to go to the department with us, he agreed without problems. He explained that he was going to his girlfriend, or to a friend. It was about eight to nine in the evening, I don’t remember the exact time. We “skated” his fingers - the guy did not resist, was not in handcuffs. It turned out to be the wanted list of the FSB, ”said Bespalov.

The lawyer Marina Dubrovina asked what exactly the operatives were alerted in Paul. “He walked aimlessly along the platform and looked back and forth, on the sides,” Bespalov answered.

Then, the operatives of the Yartsevsky police department Alexander Mazurov and Evgeny Matyukhov were interrogated. The testimonies of the three security forces are very similar. So, they literally described the mushroom as a "dark -haired thin guy." “Such an acne,” Matyukhov added.

“These people did not detain me, I don’t know them,” Pavel Mushroom told the court. - I did not come to Yartsevo. My detention was not on August 25, but 24, and not in Yartsevo, but in Gomel, Belarus. I was kidnapped by the FSB officers. Strangers threw me into a minibus and took me across the border, ”said Pavel Mushroom.

According to him, this happened immediately after the meeting with Tatyana Ershova in Gomel.

- After the conversation, I went to the bus station to return to Ukraine, but unknown people met me. There were five of them. They looked like ordinary people - jeans, black jackets. The hood was pulled on my head, loaded into a minibus and taken to the forest. They beat on the legs and in the stomach, shot it on camera; They took the documents and the return ticket. Then they took it to some kind of gym. I remember there was a Swedish wall. They threatened to hang me upside down. Hands tied to their hands. They took it to the toilet, but did not give either drink or eat. And only then - to the investigator.

He directly said: “Either you recognize everything, or stay here,” said the mushroom. - I remembered them for my whole life and if I see, I will definitely identify everyone who was there.

The interrogation of Tanya Ershova and her mother was closed. Treas were often announced. Every time the door opened, Maria Mushroom ran to look at her son.

Lawyer Marina Dubrovina told the “new” how the interrogation of Tatyana Ershova took place.

- At the first interrogation, she said that the investigator wrote the testimony for her, she only signed. She explained to me this: “The investigator said that if I want to help Pasha, I should sign these testimonies.” The girl is 17 years old, she had never been interrogated before. I think they misled both Tatyana and Pasha.

At the last interrogation, Tanya at first only cried. She could not say anything clearly, she was often reassured - the hearing was interrupted four times so that Tatyana came to her senses.

Then, when once again they pressed her, she went out and simply said that she confirms all the testimonies read out by the prosecutor. The very ones that the investigator allowed her to sign-written by a dry legal language, with a turnover like "Russia as an aggressor country ...". I asked her: "You just said so to the investigator, word for word?" She said, "Yes."

The investigator, who interrogated the mushroom, claimed that physical violence was not applied to it.

- There were no complaints from him, there were no traces of violence on him. The mushroom was slightly confused, but the situation was appreciated adequately, ”said Pavel Karpenyuk, senior investigator of the ATS.

According to Karpenyuk, all interrogation procedures were held according to the law: in the presence of a lawyer for their intended purpose, without any psychological influence or physical violence, while Paul expressed a desire to cooperate with the investigation.

As evidence, the prosecution was shown a video of the interrogation of Paul by investigators of the Krasnodar UFSB.

There really is a lawyer in the frame, but he can be confused with the guard - throughout the video, he silently looks at the camera.

On the record, Paul says that he gives evidence voluntarily, while hesitantly says that Tatyana wanted to arrange an explosion in order to attract attention. Sometimes confuses in the testimony and looks inquiringly into the camera. On his wrists, abrasions and bruises are visible.

“It is clear that power was applied to me, and I could not clearly explain anything,” says Pavel Mushroom to court.
