The most common phrase in her answers "I do not remember." She is asked how acts were being prepared on the implementation of the state contract, she replies: "I can’t remember clearly and clearly." She is asked, on the basis of which documents, she replies: “Apparently, there were some documents. I told you - I don’t remember! " She says that she arbitrarily crushed the amounts in the reports that they were fictitious. When asked why the amounts do not converge, he answers: “There was some reason, I can’t remember her now ...” They ask how she showed the expenses for tea and waffles or almost half a million to the ministry-she does not remember. Whether sound and lighting equipment, computers, furniture have not been acquired - does not remember. The direct question "Expenses were, but you did not indicate them?" - Silent. Loans, loans, debt obligations, official reports everything today looks in her head and testimony incredible porridge. And the more often she pronounces “I don’t remember”, the more acute the feeling of a muddy criminal nightmare.

However, when her turn came to ask, she immediately asked a question in the form of a hint: “Do you know about the requests of Serebrennikov Voronova, about personal requests for the issuance of cash for the acquisition of real estate?” Maslyaeva was able to recall one case: Serebrennikov called Voronova, said that he needed 300 thousand. Voronova opened the safe, put them in an envelope and left. The court appealed to these thousands more than once ...

When the lawyers asked to submit documents from the case, the judge asked: “Why?”

And sometimes it issued the formulas of honored content: "What the defender wants to establish by means of presentation cannot be established by presentation ..."

At the end of the second day, lawyers made a joint statement. They asked that the witness of Maslyaev, due to inconsistencies, contradictions and violations of logic in his testimony, be in the hall throughout the process in the interests of establishing truth.

Judge Irina Lakorovov rejected the defense petition. Maslyaeva with a heavy gait with a guard and lawyer left the hall. Her phenomenon in the judicial hall was condemned by a feeling of severe frost of the “theatrical case”, which marked the year of the theater.
