The Korenovsky District Court adopted the case of an administrative offense against the deputy of the Council of the Korenovsky city settlement from the United Russia party, Sergei Aksyonov. The deputy is accused of beating.

The injured Olga Kotenko is a resident of the city of Korenovsk. Kotenko and Aksyonov were friends with families before the conflict. The quarrel occurred on the night of August 5 to 6 after the celebration of the birthday of the deputy, where Olga Kotenko came with her husband and several more friends. Kotenko claims that during the holiday the deputy’s wife became a witness to how he kissed the guest. A family scandal arose. Kotenko and her husband, according to her, were hastened to leave. However, then Aksenova’s wife Katya called Olga Kotenko and asked her to take her, saying that her husband was “offended”.

“We took her, reassured her. Then she asked to take her back home to pick up the keys. She claimed that she wanted to divorce Aksenov and would not live with him, ”says Olga Kotenko in an interview with RBC.

She brought the deputy's wife back to his house. Then there was an attack.

According to the victim of Olga Kotenko, the deputy attacked her and began to beat his arms and legs.

“He beat me very much. I tried to resist, threatened him with the police, promised that he would not remain unpunished. In response to this, he said: everything was bought from me! There will be nothing to me for this, ”says Kotenko.

Olga called her husband with a request for help. After the spouse arrived between the men, a verbal skirmish occurred. According to Kotenko, her husband did not beat the deputy, however, when Aksenov realized that the couple wanted to call the police, he staged an attack on himself.

Olga submitted a letter of beatings to law enforcement agencies. All this time, law enforcement agencies conducted an audit.

According to Olga Kotenko’s lawyer Alexei Avanesyan, the police did not even draw up a protocol on the beatings, and the investigation deliberately delayed the case for almost six months. And now the case of an administrative offense against deputy Sergei Aksyonov has been transferred to court.

In case of guilt, the deputy from United Russia is facing an arrest of up to 15 days or a fine of 30 thousand rubles.
