Sergei Udaltsov appealed administrative supervision on the Presidium of the Moscow City Court

The coordinator of the “Left Front” Sergei Udaltsov filed a complaint with the Presidium of the Moscow City Court against the previously established three -year administrative supervision. The oppositionist told MBH Media about this.

“I believe that this is a political persecution, a desire to deprive me of the opportunity to participate in socio-political life. Those restrictions that I established: the ban on leaving Moscow and the Moscow Region, the ban on attending public events are not motivated in any way, ”Udaltsov said.

He noted that the courts of the first and second instance did not correct this error, although they removed part of the restrictions. “In the complaint, I ask this supervision to cancel as not compliance with the law, and terminate the proceedings in this case,” Udaltsov said

Earlier, Udaltsov filed a complaint against administrative supervision of the European Court of Human Rights.

On September 13, the Simonovsky court of Moscow on September 13 granted the petition of the Ministry of Internal Affairs to establish administrative supervisory measures Udaltsov for a period of three years. The activist must be twice a month in the Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in the Nagatinsky district, it is forbidden to visit the places of public events without permission from the Ministry of Internal Affairs and participate in them, as well as leave Moscow. In case of repeated violation of restrictions, he may threaten the punishment up to one year of imprisonment.

Supervisory measures against Udaltsov were established due to the fact that during the year after release from the colony, where the activist was serving a sentence for organizing riots on Bolotnaya Square on May 6, 2012, he was twice guilty of administrative offenses.
