All three are brought to the police department No. 78. The activists were detained “according to KUSP”, that is, allegedly due to “complaints from citizens” registered in the book of accounting for reports of crimes. Tkachuk told the OVD-Info that he always asks the police to show him these complaints, but never once saw them.
