The senator from Karachay-Cherkessia Rauf Arashukov was detained at the beginning of the meeting of the Federation Council. Rauf Arashukov is 32 years old, he is the son of a major businessman in the gas industry (in relation to whom operational events are also being held ). He began a political career at 18.
