The organizer of the action, Dmitry Miropoltsev, told the publication that the reason for the refusal of the mayor's office was the holding of dog sled races, in which about 500 people would participate. The environmental rally was planned to be attended by 50 people.
Officials said that they had received notice of the race earlier and suggested that the man apply again, changing the time of the action.
