The Control and Accounting Chamber intends to send documents for the audit of the trip of the Governor of the Angara region with a symphonic orchestra to Vienna to the investigating authorities. According to the Chairman of the Chamber, there are doubts about the statement that 2 million rubles earned by the Governor's Orchestra abroad were not able to take out to Russia.

On the trip of the governor Sergei Levchenko and the orchestra to Austria this month, according to the chamber, they spent more than 10 million rubles, of which the budget of the Irkutsk region allocated 7.7 million rubles, said the chairman of the regional Chamber of the region Irina Morokhoeva at the yesterday's session of the Zalegardi Legislative Assembly. “The auditor noted that the income from the orchestra’s speech, according to the report presented, amounted to 138 thousand rubles, but in fact, tickets were sold in the amount of 27.7 thousand euros - this is more than 2 million rubles. And this money was not taken into account, which is certainly a distortion of budget reporting,” Morokhoeva said.

In addition, the auditors noted that a large number of accompanying people always go on foreign trips with the Irkutsk governor, so almost 80 people left for Vienna. At the same time, the KSP is worried about the growing volume of business trips of the Government of the Irkutsk Region, associated exclusively with the departure of the region or Russia, but not to the municipalities of the region.
