The Frunzensky District Court of St. Petersburg received the petition of Alexei Navalny, in which he allegedly asks himself to recognize himself as a co-defendant in the case of the recovery of 11 million rubles because of the alleged damage during the action “He is not a king”. Information on the petition was published in the Telecram-channel of the press service of the courts of St. Petersburg.
The document says that Navalny recognizes himself as the organizer of the action, and the local staff coordinator Denis Mikhailov followed his instruction. In addition, the author of the request on behalf of Navalny reports that he posted in the Utub-channel a call to participate in the rally.

The lawyer of the Corruption Fund Ivan Zhdanov denies that Navalny filed such a petition.
Zhdanov considers the document as a fake, according to him, "the people of Beglov (the acting governor of St. Petersburg), they sent clearly fake paper to the court."
