According to Musin, law enforcement officers at 14:00 lured the activist out of the house, and then taken to the police department No. 28. After that Tkachuk, the Kuibyshevsky District Court was delivered. He is charged with article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (violation of the rules of the action), part of the article is still unknown.
Musin suggests that the detention is associated with the installation near the Gostiny Dvor, established on January 30. On that day, three activistswere detained , including Tkachuk. They were all released from the police department without protocols.
