A resident of Abakan Galina Shutova seeks from the Main Center for the Military Medical Examination of the Ministry of Defense of Russia and the Sogaz insurance company compensation for the death of his son in the army. Insurers insist that compensation for the family is not laid, because before his death their son arbitrarily left the military unit.

"He was not returned to me"

- Am I offended by the state? Yes. They took it, and did not return it to me. I bury the third son. Only on Vanya was hope, he is a late child, at 41 years I gave birth to him. Resentment ... I was called a large one during the investigation somewhere. And I have never been to many children. One son burned in a fire, the other remained. A daughter was born, and the second son drowned. In 1990, God Vanya gave, now it would have turned 29 years old ...

Ivan Shutov grew up in Khakassky Chernogorsk, studied at a college of culture, dreamed of becoming a musician. In 2010, he joined the army, ended up in railway troops. In August 2011, the military unit, where Vanya served, was sent from Krasnoyarsk to Khakassia for the exercises "Center-2011". During the business trip, Ivan regularly came to his mother to visit. On August 27, the juts disappeared from the location of the unit, and on September 6, his body was found in the vicinity of the village of Sundsynya, which is 10 km from Abakan. The guy sat leaning against a tree hanging on a soldier's belt.

- Ours in the place where we were looking for before, but he was not there. This is the territory of a military camp, and on September 6, he somehow ended up there. The branch in the finger was thick, I asked to conduct a special situational examination. And they told me: "We cut her and threw her away."

According to the official version, Ivan Shutov committed suicide, unable to withstand the mockery of the colleague.

- Indeed, he disliked him from the very beginning. I definitely can’t know what happened between them. But in the summer, Vanya was lying in the medical unit and really did not tell anything what happened. He was not sick. Later, his girlfriend told me that Vanya after the army wanted to avenge this Reznichenko. Because he constantly humiliated my son.

In 2012, Private Artem Reznichenko was found guilty of violating the authorized relationship. He received 1 year conditionally. Shutov commander Corporate Dmitry Novikov, who was accused of abuse of authority, was justified.

For the past seven years, the joke family tried to prove that Ivan was killed. They repeatedly wrote letters to the Ministry of Defense, the Military Prosecutor's Office, the Human Rights Council under the President. Galina Ivanovna went to a single picket to the building of the military prosecutor's office in Abakan and the Investigative Committee in Moscow.

- I got the SK to join the case. The Investigative Committee requested several times from the military to transfer these materials. Then the matter could be excited. But they answered there: during this time nothing has been preserved, everything is destroyed. I used to think that since it was military, then they should have order there. But there is no order, only circular bail.

Before the court, only I got acquainted with the case and found out that my son was allegedly raped. In 2015, the second official examination decided that this was not. I still don't know who to believe

At the request of Shutov’s relatives, an independent forensic medical examination was carried out. It found a number of contradictions with the data of the official conclusion. In particular, there were details that made him doubt that Shutov could independently fix the loop around his neck: the branch was too high from the ground, they did not find traces of sliding from the rope, the loop hung freely, without any fixation. In addition, the branch was pressed to the left side of the face of the deceased, therefore, during posthumous convulsions, damage should remain on the body. On Shutov’s head, a soldier cap was worn, which for some reason did not fly when the body twitched in a loop.

- I generally have many complaints about the examination, which was carried out immediately after the detection of the body. Horror takes me! First, my daughter hid it all from me. Already before the court, only I got acquainted with the case and found out that my son was allegedly raped. In 2015, the second official examination decided that this was not. Data on the whereabouts of Ivan Shutov are also contradictory before his death. In court, the testimonies of the witnesses were taken into account over Reznichenko, who claimed to see a soldier on the way to Abakan on August 29. Search Shutov also began in an organized manner on August 29, when Galina Ivanovna and her daughter turned to the military prosecutor's office. However, on August 27, when Ivan allegedly left the part, his colleagues came to the joke home.

- At 9 pm on August 27, a sergeant and his commander came to me, searched for a son. And I don't even know where he is. And the commander says to me: "Do not look for him, we will find it ourselves." And they began to say that his character was complex, that he had to be smeared from the army. It seemed strange to me, because Vanya did not run away, he was in dismissal. Where does the fuss come from? He was regularly allowed to dismiss, because he lived in Chernogorsk. The units were mostly Muscovites, the Dagestanis ... his commander let go of the bribe: he forced the robe to wash, then demanded cigarettes. This time he was released until the morning of August 28.

Later, Shutov was searched for relatives and friends, in Khakassia and in the south of the Krasnoyarsk Territory. Six years after the murder, when the Investigative Committee began to engage in business, they tracked the location of the Shutov phone. It turned out that from August 27 the phone was not taken out of the camp, and on September 6 he was found in the pocket of the hanged soldier.

-Everyone pointed out that in the unit of the 27th they knew that he was dead. And he did not leave the territory of the camp. He went on dismissal, but did not call me. Then the second official examination also admitted that death could occur August 27, and not on September 2, as the expert indicated, who examined the corpse. Yes, and it is strange that from the 2nd to the 6th corpse to hang on a tree, on the territory of the camp, and they did not find it, ”says Galina Shutova.

According to the law, the court does not take into account the polygraph data. To the question "Have you seen who suspended Shutov's body?" Private Reznichenko reacted positively.

“They killed him, and then put it up as if it were suicide.” And the search announced that everyone believes that he escaped from the unit. Vanya was not like that to put his hands on himself. Yes, and it cannot be so that he would go on dismissal, disappeared somewhere for five days, and then hanged himself. What did he do all this time? I did not leave the notes, nor drove to say goodbye ... It cannot be! He had 3 months to serve ...

"You will not receive a pension soon"

In 2017, Galina Shutova received an extract from the order, according to which her son was officially recognized by the dead during the performance. The woman still does not understand why this formulation was not initially in the case, because the soldier had a dismissive and military ID with him.

- I have received a pension for the loss of the breadwinner since 2014. But since my son was considered a deserter, I was paid less than 7 thousand. By the fall of 2017, I received 9300. When the military medical commission gave me the conclusion that he died as a result of military injury, I began to receive two and a half times more. The pension for the loss of the breadwinner is lifelong. That is, they did not recognize the murder, but appointed a pension. They wanted to pay off as if ...

According to the law, the Shutov family also has the right to a one -time payment of 3 million rubles. When the woman turned to the Sogaz insurance company, she was refused compensation, because at the time of death Ivan Shutov was considered unauthorizedly leaving part.

- I began to call up with them, I say, I receive a pension on the same grounds? They say that you will not receive a pension soon. It just infuriated me. And they tell me, we made a request to the Ministry of Defense, to Moscow. They say that your son left the part arbitrarily, so you won’t get three million, if you want, sue. They really turned to the Ministry of Defense, there they gave a piece of paper, which says that there was no military injury, and he died as a result of a "disease". I went to the local military registration and enlistment office, they said that no one would take a pension.

" We will never give it to it "

Shutova prepared a lawsuit in the Basmanny Court of Moscow for the insurance company and the head of the military medical examination of the Russian Ministry of Defense. Experts told her that the exhumation of the body would help to determine exactly how Ivan died: hanged himself or helped.

- There is a certain technique that allows you to determine this. But I can’t stand it anymore, I don’t want, I’m not ready ... Investigators say that it's time to forget everything, you will not prove anything to anyone. Hurt! Time, it turns out, does not heal. And for 3 million I will fight.

After the death of Vanya, his own father, with whom Galina was divorced, died: hesitated in a dream. Shutov and her husband sold a house in Chernogorsk and moved to Abakan.

- We gave the money from the sale of the house. He and her husband and children move to New Zealand. The son -in -law is already there, studying. And they teach languages, the younger grandson should go to school already there. Their decision, of course, is associated with the death of Vanya. They want to leave, including from these laws that do not work. They want another future for their children, not the same as that of their brother. The senior grandson is still with me, he just to enter the institute. He should not be called into the army for health reasons, but if they suddenly call, we will never give it away.
