According to the publication, an eight-year-old student of the first grade of school No. 13 needed the help of doctors. She was diagnosed with a bruised forehead, a concussion and a closed craniocerebral injury.

“According to the child, on January 31, at about one in the afternoon, a schoolgirl was hit by an extended day teacher,” writes Fontanka.
