In Tyumen, a civil activist is judged for beating police officers. The records only show how the force is applied to it

On February 4, the Leninsky District Court of Tyumen will be sentenced to the zoo defender Yulia Batalova. It can be sent for two years to a colony-settlement for the use of violence to employees of the city police department No. 5.

“On May 31, 2018, I came to the 5th police department to transfer to the investigator Elena Popova to the court,” says Julia. - At that time, there was a criminal case of fraud in the amount of 3,000 rubles against me. Popova could give valuable testimonies, but refused to do this, referring to employment. Now the production of fraud has been terminated.

Having received the refusal of the inquiry officer, Batalova, according to her, went to the office of the police department in order to officially register the agenda. At the exit from the office, she met the head of the department of Alexander Simonov.

“He knew me.” Protecting animals, I often communicate with the police. Simonov first said: "Oh, Batalova!" And then for some reason he ordered his subordinates not to let me out of the department.

The police, as it turned out later, intended to take fingerprints from the woman. But at that time she was not told about it.

“Of course, as soon as I heard“ not to let go of the department, ”I immediately tried to leave,” says Julia. - I went out into the street, reached the fence, but the gates were closed to the magnetic castle. I was detained.

The detention of Julia Batalova hit the cameras. The records shows that one of the police officers grabs the woman by the hand and is trying to break her behind her. When this does not work, it makes the capture behind, after which she grabs it by the waist. Then another policeman in civilian is suitable. They take Batalov by the arms and lead to the department.

- I was placed in the Monkey, drew up a protocol under Art. 19.3 Code of Administrative Offenses (disobedience to the legal order of a police officer) and said that I needed to go through dactyloscopy. Previously, I have already taken fingerprints. But I agreed to do this again and asked to call an ambulance.

The medical team who came to the place decided to hospitalize Julia.

She recorded a bruise of the legs, a bruise of the chest, stretching the muscles and ligaments in the area of ​​the cervical spine.

“These injuries were received directly during the detention,” explains Batalova.

Julia filed a crime statement against the police. Those in response also turned to the Investigative Committee, saying that they beat them during the detention of Batalov. Whose statement remained without movement is not difficult to guess. The woman was accused of being beaten by police officers - the head of department No. 5 to Alexander Simonov and the head of the department of the district police officers to Yuri Mavrychev.

Nobody answered the police officers themselves: no one answered by phone of the Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in the Tyumen Region. However, at the disposal of the editorial office were the testimonies of the victims of the police Simonov and Mavrychev given by them at the investigation.

“On the ground floor of the police department No. 5 of Batalov, trying to avoid fingerprint registration, made an attempt to hide and ran out into the street,” says Yuri Mavrychev. - He [Mavrychev] ran to catch up with her. Together with him, Batalov was catching up with the head of the duty unit Valvas and the head of the Simonov department. Mavrychev took Batalov by the hand that he did not remember, and invited her to go to the police department. Batalova refused to fulfill his legal requirements, trying to break free. <...> Simonov also took her hand, and the two of them began to bring her to the police department. Batalova continued to resist, struck with her arms and legs over the body and limbs [of the police]. When they started Batalov through the front door, she greatly kicked Mavrychev’s foot in the stomach, from which he felt severe physical pain. In addition, she scratched him with the brush of her left hand. ”

The head of department No. 5, Alexander Simonov, also stated that Julia scratched his left brush.

Yulia Batalova herself does not admit his guilt:

“I did not do this because I have long known about criminal liability for any violence against police officers. I escaped - yes, screamed - yes. But she did not beat and did not scratch. "

During the investigation, the policeman Simonov gave Batalova the following characteristic:

“She constantly tries to provoke officials to illegal actions, <...> But in the end, problems are created only for her.”
