Since February 2019, not only bedding, but also other textiles will begin to accept IKEA stores. This was reported by the press service of the company.
The company launched the service for recycling for the processing of bedding last year. Now IKEA will also take tulle, tablecloths, towels, robes and fabric napkins. Visitors will not be able to hand over only carpets and clothes.
The company will transfer the assembled textiles to the Charity Fund "Second Spanning". Things in good condition are washed and sent to needing families. The rest of the textiles will be cut into a rag and napkins that will be used in factories, in car services and printing houses.
