A racist photo was found in the Virginia governor's yearbook. First he apologized for the photo, and then he began to deny everything

Virginia Governor Ralph Northam announced that he did not wear a racist costume for a photo from his student graduation album. One of the photos on his personal page shows two people: one is dressed in a Ku Klux Klan suit, the other wears black makeup, portraying an African American.
