In the evening he was taken to the hospital, where he received medical assistance. Then Miftakhov was again brought to the police station and kept in the car until three o’clock in the morning. At night he was taken to the investigative department of the municipal department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Balashikha and left until the morning in a room for administrative detainees.

On the morning of February 2, Miftakhov was again transported to the police department and kept in his office, chained to a chair, until the evening. Then the anarchist was again taken to the hospital, where injuries were recorded.
