In St. Petersburg, on Nevsky Prospekt, 60, Yevgeny Musin was detained, who was standing with a poster "Freedom to political prisoners." This was reported to OVD-Info by Alexander Mironov, a volunteer of the Detained Aid Group (GPZ).

Yevgeny Musin was taken away his phone, passport and all the things that were in his pockets. He is sitting in the patrol car.

The activist was allegedly detained on the basis of complaints from citizens. OVD-Info said that lately in St. Petersburg cases of detention due to complaints have become more frequent - this is how the police disrupt individual pickets.

Alexander Mironov says that the complaint was written either by police officer Ruslan Sentemov or provocateur and activist of the National Liberation Movement (NOD) Timur Bulatov. Sentemov, who is known for detaining activists at rallies and actions, is also in charge of this detention, a volunteer of the GPZ reports. Nearby are several employees of the Center "E".
