The Meshchansky court of Moscow decided to conduct a new comprehensive examination in the case of director Kirill Serebrennikov. During the meeting on February 5, lawyers repeatedly indicated inconsistencies in the text of the existing one. During the audit, the meeting will not be held, which can suspend the process for a long time.

Yesterday's hearing began with the interrogation of the witness by the prosecution Tatyana Zhirikova, who worked as the chief accountant of the Seventh Studio project at the end of his existence. But in the second half, the hearing took an unexpected turn.

Prosecutor Nadezhda Ignatova read, prepared by expert Tatyana Rafika financial and economic examination of the Seventh Studio. This is one of the main documents of the prosecution, on the basis of it, the investigation established the amount of damage. The examination calculates the number of budget funds received by the Seventh Studio: how much was withdrawn on the card, how many were transferred to the accounts of naked firms and how amounts there are documents confirming expenses. The text concludes that operations to spend the Seventh Studio in the amount of 138 869 933 rubles 02 kopecks conducted from 2011 to 2014 are unjustified.

The lawyer of Alexei Malobrodsky Ksenia Karpinskaya drew the attention of the court that the study was based on the data of 1C Accounting from the computer Tatyana Zhirikova, although the investigation itself previously recognized them unacceptable evidence. Lawyers several times indicated inconsistencies in the text of the examination

As a result, after a five -minute break, the judge Irina Ukachatov requested to check the activities of the Seventh Studio in the indicated period again. By the next meeting scheduled for February 12, the parties will submit a list of questions for experts, proposals for witnesses that need to be interviewed, as well as the name of the expert body where you should contact.

Irina Vorovinova, a lawyer of one of the defendants in the case of Sofia Apfelbaum, explained to “Real Sea” that there are professional auditors who consider the costs of theatrical and other productions. Most likely, the defense of the defendants in the “seventh studio” for an alternative examination will turn to them.

“The investigation in the case considered the“ stolen ”in general everything that was cashed out of the funds allocated to the project. But at the same time, witnesses showed that it was impossible for this project to take place only when paying for non -cash payment, the lawyer comments. - A cleaning lady who washed the floor after each performance, wires, chairs, lights, tools - there was a huge number of things acquired for the project that no one considered. Plus, wages of people who worked in this project. None of this was calculated at all. The expert simply suturedly stated that "everything was stolen." I don’t even know who was interested in this lawlessness. ”

Protection and defendants consider what happened yesterday as a positive turn during the case, which can at least slow down the court made the decision. “In fact, the judge admitted that everything that the investigation did cannot be evidence in the case,” said Ksenia Karpinskaya. Serebrennikov’s lawyer Dmitry Kharitonov called the incident “holiday”.

Recall, according to the Investigative Committee, from 2011 to 2014, the accused: Director of Ramta Sofya Apfelbaum, former general director of the Seventh Studio Yuri Itin, former chief accountant of the Seventh Studio Nina Maslyaeva, producer of the play “Sleep on the Summer Night” Ekaterina Voronova and the former director of Gogol-Center Alexei Malobrodsky. More than 133 million rubles allocated from the budget for the development of a cultural project for the development and popularization of contemporary art “platform”, developed by Kirill Serebrennikov. The criminal case was instituted in May last year.

At the beginning of last year, the case of the fraud of the former chief accountant of the Seventh Studio Nina Maslyaeva was allocated for separate production. She is the only person who admitted the guilt during the investigation, concluded a pre -trial agreement and testified to former colleagues. Now Maslyaeva is getting acquainted with the materials of his business. The producer and General Produsser of the Seventh Studio Ekaterina Voronova, the materials in respect of which were also allocated on a separate production, put on the international wanted list, and the charges were charged with it in absentia.
