On February 7, the Moscow City Hall first returned the house to the renovation program by court decision. Mayor Sergei Sobyanin signed a decree according to which the five -story building of 1962 will be demolished at 14 Amundsen, this house was one of four , where the owners in 2017 decided at the meeting that they would not participate in renovation.
As follows from the decision of the Grandmother's Court, a five -story building on Amundsen Street got into the renovation program after voting in an “active citizen” with a minimum advantage - 71%. If the proportion of supporters of renovation was below 66.7%, the house would not be in the program.
With the decision, the Elegant Style, which owns non -residential premises in the extension to the house, where the hairdresser of the same name used to be, did not agree with the decision. The company gathered housing owners to cancel the decision on renovation. The meeting took place in full-time: there was not only a general meeting, but also a period when those who wanted to “convey” their voice. Although only 38 owners out of 103 voted, the meeting turned out to be competent, since they own 52% of the area of the premises of the house. As a result, almost half of the participants voted against, and the house was expelled from the renovation program.
In April 2018, 13 residents of the house went to court, claiming that they did not sign the decision on voting. Four of them confirmed this by an examination, which states that the documents were certified by "another person to imitate their signature." The court decided that these votes should be excluded, which means that the meeting of the owners passed without a quorum and its decision is invalid.
The Elegant Style company did not dispute the court decision. Now the house 14 according to Amundsen - the only five -story building not affected by the renovation program on this street - will also be resettled and demolished.
