“Literally everything that they take for is turning into some stupid farce. I am sure that the current decision of the“ court ”will enrage equally everyone - both supporters and haters of a sweet football couple. And, of course, the next delay is the next bright evidence of the deplorable state of the entire judicial system. We are not even about the indecent bias and injustice, we are talking about another chronic disease.

Crystally clear, in which there is literally nothing to investigate: everything happened in the center of Moscow with a bunch of witnesses, the entire process of offenses is literally voluntarily filmed on cameras, there should be no shortage of investigators and inquiry in the very center of “Smperia” either - and now you’ll go: it takes half a year to “investigate”, and this is a minimum!

My forecast is coming true, given three months ago: in resonant matters that do not concern her own skin interests, the authorities are not focused on some “right”, or “law” (horseradish knows what it is), but on consensus opinion in society. If there is no consensus (for example, 45% speaks “guilty”, and 55% “innocent”, or vice versa), then the system is in the position of Buridanov with a donkey paralysis.

So they will pull with the decision to make at least a year, waiting for at least some position “among the people”: either “let go” or “put”. The Kremlin will arrange any, the main thing is to be unambiguous.

Naturally, in normal countries, to clarify the “opinions of the people,” there is a traditional method - a jury court: 12 people recruited “from the street”. But - this is not for the Russian Federation. It is clear why: because the next court may need a “court”, which “must” will make a decision in the interests of the authorities - and why is there such a factor of uncertainty as jury?

So we live. And the players will sit. "
