Anarchist Azat Miftakhov was taken to the department of internal affairs for the Northern Administrative District on Admiral Makarov Street, 23. Lawyer Svetlana Sidorkina reported this to OVD-Info.
They also summon Alexey Kobaidze, a defendant in the case of vandalism (Part 1 of Article 214 of the Criminal Code), initiated after the rally near the United Russia office. Law enforcement officers said that if he fails to appear, they will take him by force.
Previously, the police released Azat Miftakhov from the temporary detention center pending trial due to the suppression. The anarchist is suspected of manufacturing explosives (Part 1 of Article 223.1 of the Criminal Code). According to investigators, he manufactured an explosive device to carry out a failed terrorist attack in Balashikha. The activist told the screwdrivers about the torture after his arrest; later, traces of torture were discovered on his body by members of the Public Monitoring Committee.
UPD 15:29 Kobaidze told OVD-Info that the interrogation was postponed to February 8. MBKh Media alsowrites that a new criminal case has been opened against Miftakhov, but under what article is currently unknown.
