In Naberezhnye Chelny, a minor was fined for distributing balloons with the inscription “Bessrochka”

In Naberezhnye Chelny, the Commission on Juvenile Affairs fined a participant in an "indefinite protest" for 20,000 rubles. He himself informed OVD-Info about this.

Earlier, the court considered a flash mob with the distribution of leaflets and balloons with the inscription "Indefinitely" as an uncoordinated action. The activist, along with two more participants in the "indefinite protest" Airat Panteleev and Vasil Tarasov, were found guilty of organizing a public event without filing a notice (part 2 of article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses).

The Supreme Court of Tatarstan has already upheld the same fine for Vasil Tarasov. In addition, he was fined another 3,500 rubles under the article on violation of the rules for the improvement of settlements and urban districts (Article 3.6 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Republic of Tatarstan). The underage activist does not know why Tarasov was charged under such an article.
