In Kaliningrad, volunteers of the headquarters of Navalny and members of the Libertarian Party Ivan Luzin and two minor girls were detained during the picket against torture, they write on the page of the politician team.

An employee of the EE center participated in the detention. Activists were brought to the police department on Yanalov Street. Parents are going to minors, the SMM manager of the headquarters Maria Petukhova said.

One is about involving a minor in participation in the action (part 1.1 of article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses) - a fine of up to 50 thousand rubles or mandatory work up to 100 hours or arrest up to 15 days, the second - on participation in the action (part 5 of article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses). He was left for the night in the department, reports Maria Petukhova.

One minor informed the OVD-Info that she was released without a protocol. There is no connection with the other.
