Novosibirsk will pay for garbage with the commission

Residents of the Novosibirsk Region will be able to pay for garbage removal in four ways. All of them suggest an additional commission.

The Novosibirsk Roadper for Waste Management-Ecology-Novosibirsk LLC- published a register of personal accounts of houses and apartments, which have already concluded direct contracts for garbage collection.

The company explained that the service needs to be paid no later than the 10th day of the month-as in the case of other housing services. Four payment options are provided: through Sberbank, the Federal System "City", "Russian Post" and "Novosibirskkenergosbyt".

The commission at the bank through the application, ATM or cash desk will be 1-3% depending on the form of payment. Moreover, for payment at the checkout or cash at the ATM, a minimum fee of 20-30 rubles is provided, below which the amount of the commission will not drop.

When paying for the City system, the online commission will be 1%, in cash at the box office of the system agents - 3%.

“Russian Post” established a commission of 2% (but not less than 15 rubles) for residents of Novosibirsk and 4% for residents of the regions of the region.

Novosibirskenergosbyt will take 2% on the top when paying on the site. At the same time, according to Ecology-Novosibirsk, the Platospher appendix for smartphones will not take the commission.

From January 1, 2019, Russia switched to a new waste disposal system. The regions were supposed to accept the territorial scheme of waste management, choose a single operator and approve new tariffs. The re -operator is chosen for 10 years, he will collect money from the population and conclude contracts for garbage collection. In the Novosibirsk Region, the re-operator became the Ecology-Novosibirsk LLC, owned by the ex-deputy of the State Duma Valentin Bobyrev and the St. Petersburg group, associated with one of the top managers of Igor Rotenberg.

The regional government accepted the tariff for the handling of garbage at the level of 92 rubles per month per person. Previously, the service was cheaper. If earlier a family of three people living in an apartment of 50 square meters. m., paid about 100 rubles a month, now it will owe about 270 rubles.
