As a result of the shootouts, employees of the FSUE “security”, the Russian Guard Dmitry Jacobson and Dmitry Ivankov, employees of the Chop “GREPS-2” Grigory Amelin, Kirill Titarenko, Plato Coid and the DJ parties Alexei Ivkin were injured. Three days later, Plato Koyda died.

Among them, Magomed Magomedov (a well -known sports world under the pseudonym Propeller), champion of Russian kickboxing Said Asadulaev (the pseudonym "Scorpio") and another six athletes.

It is noteworthy that they are all training in the Skorpion fighting club, the leader and one of the co-founders of which is the suspect Magomed Ismailov, the ex-champion of the world of kickboxing, known in the sports world under the pseudonym Cobra.

By that time, the investigation had already interrogated Yushvaev, in the case he passed as a witness. But the businessman, apparently, was afraid of the wrath of authoritative guests who had fired on November 17 at the Crystall Ball Room restaurant. The shootout, not part of the script of the celebration, could seriously ruin them not only the mood, but also the reputation.

But very quickly, Yushvaev’s disagreements with the guests of the anniversary of Dmitry Pavlov were settled.

And soon rumors crawled around Moscow that Ismailov and Hamidov would soon be released, and the search for other participants in the shootout would be canceled. By the summer of 2018, rumors began to be confirmed.

The investigation unexpectedly rushed to work out another version that the rescuers of the shootout were Jacobson, Titarenko and even a dead Coyad.

These accusations looked so ridiculous that the Moscow prosecutor’s office protested the decree of the Vajnyak investigator Leon Agadzhanyan to attract new defendants as accused. Agadzhanyan was removed from the investigation, the investigative group of the Main Directorate of the Investigative Committee of Russia (TFR) in Moscow was disbanded, and the business itself was taken into the central apparatus of the Investigative Committee.
