The Krasnoselsky District Court of St. Petersburg fined Yabloko party activist Maria Kozhevatova 250,000 rubles. This was reported in the telegram channel "Human rights YABLOKO in St. Petersburg".
Kozhevatova was found guilty of repeated violation of the rules of the event (part 8 of article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses) due to the fact that she unfurled a poster at the March of Mother's Wrath.
The activist was detained on February 10 at a solidarity rally with Open Russia member Anastasia Shevchenko and other activists persecuted for political reasons. In total, solidarity actions were held in 14 cities of Russia. They detained 8 people. OVD-Info conducted an online broadcast of what was happening.
