A resident of the village of Suzemka, the Bryansk region, shot an official’s behavior on the video, who, on behalf of the head of the administration, arrived in order to deal with the complaints of local residents about the condition of the roads.

The woman claims that the snowdrifts on the sidewalks, which should remove utilities already “growth from the child”, and after walking along such roads, she and her daughters “all my legs are wet”. Because of the snowdrifts, students are forced to get to the educational institution on the roadway, the snow on which melted and turned into puddles.

The official who arrived on a foreign car said that he did not see any puddle, accused the woman of alcohol intoxication and threatened to “give her in the snout” after which he almost ran into her with his car.

He said that he saw the video and assured that the director of the management company would not remain without punishment. According to the publication "Bryansk Today", Sergei Tsukanov is threatened with dismissal.

We consider his behavior wrong. Tsukanov is currently on sick leave from Monday. He is not an employee of the administration. The head of the management company is working for about three years. Previously, we did not notice like that behind him. Perhaps in some way the woman is to blame-she provoked a conflict and edited the video as she needed. We will definitely punish it when we figure it out in the situation. Perhaps even he will be fired.
