The organizers decided to cancel the concert of rapper Eldzhey in Kaliningrad, scheduled for February 16. This decision was made due to pressure from government agencies and non-profit civil organizations. This was reported in the VKontakte group of the organizers of the Macroconcert Kaliningrad performance.

The report does not say how and which state institutions and civil organizations exerted pressure on the organizers. It is noted that the event was sold "a large number of tickets."

The press service of the regional Ministry of Internal Affairs told Interfax that the police did not issue any recommendations to the organizers of the Eldzhey concert on holding or canceling it.
