Another janitor who spoke out against unpaid overtime was fined 10 thousand rubles

The Chertanovsky District Court of Moscow fined janitor Shokhrukh Orolov 10 thousand rubles for coming to the Nagorny District Administration with other workers because of unpaid overtime and threats of dismissal. An OVD-Info correspondent reports this from the courtroom.

Orolov was charged with violating the rules of the action (Part 5 of Article 20.2 of the Administrative Code). On February 12, the court fined four janitors under the same article, also 10 thousand rubles.

In court, Orolov said that on the 27th he received his salary, and the next day at lunchtime he went to the council to find out why he was not paid extra. He did not admit his guilt.

On December 28, 2018, police detained about 30 people near the city council. Reports were drawn up against seven of them.

UPD 18:44 The court also fined Abduakhat Dushaev and Bobur Mamatov 10 thousand rubles. The latter was summoned to the State Budgetary Institution Zhilischnik Nagorny District on February 14 to formalize a disciplinary sanction allegedly for poor snow removal.
