On February 14, a consideration of the claim for the restoration of the police service of Lieutenant Colonel Alexander Shatov began in Perm. The 46-year-old head of the department for countering extremism in the youth environment, extremist organizations and associations of the regional center “E” asks the court to recognize the conclusion of an official audit and dismissal “for misconduct, discrediting the honor of an employee of the internal affairs bodies”. The regional headquarters of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation does not connect the dismissal of Shatov’s criminal case, accused of fraud.

The roommate of the former does not happen

Shatov was detained on November 8, 2018. On November 12, the Sverdlovsk District Court of Perm refused the election of the most strict preventive measure - detainment, limited himself to house arrest. The policeman suspended from office was accused of fraud against his former cohabitant from Moscow, Maria Balak. Having taken on the eight of November, she had a receipt of three million rubles for the sewing equipment sold, a senior policeman transferred only two million rubles.

The searches carried out by the FSB and the TFR in the office, the personal car and in the Shatov’s apartment did not help to find the Million Balak intended. Now she is not only the victim in the criminal case, but also the defendant in the lawsuit of unjust enrichment. The plaintiff was the payer of those very 3 million rubles Natalya Kuzmenkova, Shatova’s half-sister, and in the past business partner Balak for the manufacture of knitted hats. The hearings are scheduled for March 11, said Evgeny Nazarov, who defends the dismissed policeman, defending the dismissed policeman.

Intermediary in civilian clothes

In the absence of his principal, who is still under house arrest, lawyer Nazarov expressed a position on the labor dispute. He saw the illegality of the conducted official audit in the fact that it lasted more than 30 days - from November 8 to December 14, and Shatov himself was familiarized with the collected materials only on December 21.

“We say additional requirements later, we will calculate the material condition (...) may be a settlement agreement. Shatov filed a dismissal report in connection with retirement. It is necessary to change the wording, send a person to retire - and that’s it, ”said the lawyer at the preliminary hearing of the lawsuit to recover in the service.

Answering the question of the prosecutor Ekaterina Shirokova, the defender Nazarov assured that Shatov was not an intermediary when transferring money from Kuzmenkova to Balak. The lawyer Oksana Polopalskaya, representing the regional headquarters of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation, on the contrary, convicted the former colleague in a defamatory police misconduct - mediation in the relationship of two entrepreneurs. Objecting against the lawsuit, she reported that the head of the Perm police, Major General Mikhail Davydov, extended an official audit for more than 30 days.
