Residents of Ramenok were surprised to learn that thousands of their neighbors support point development

In the Moscow district of Ramenka, the first united rally was held against total development, as well as against fake signatures of residents, who allegedly spoke out in support of point development projects.

On February 13, an authorized protest of residents of the district against anti -people urban planning policy and mass falsifications of signatures at public hearings was held in Moscow Ramenki. Despite the weather conditions, about 300 people protested for more than two hours near the future construction of a hundred-meter residential skyscrapers of the “transport and transition unit” near the metro Michurinsky Prospekt.

Recall that the area has a very difficult situation with infrastructure and social objects. Only one clinic, there is not a single hospital, not a single pool. The recently opened metro station "Ramenki" and "Michurinsky Prospekt" attracted a record number of developers.

Now in Ramenki more than twenty point buildings.

One of the most scandalous is the height on Michurinsky Prospekt 30-B. Since December 2018, residents of ten surrounding houses protest against construction and demand that the square be defeated or open a kindergarten at this place. For two months now, activists have been conducting round -the -clock duty at the gates of the construction site, blocked the perimeter with their own cars. Repeatedly the situation was heated up to fights between the duty officers and the employees of the ChOP. Residents even hired armored vehicles to prevent the entry of construction equipment into the territory.

Ekaterina Engalycheva, activist of Michurinsky 30-b, says: “Until now, we hold round-the-clock duty, replace each other every two to three hours and night. After the meeting of the Council of Deputies, there were no more provocations, but we will not retreat until the decision to create the square becomes a reality. ”

Over the past two months, public hearings have been held in Ramenki four times, at which the development projects were discussed. Residents, with the support of municipal deputies, opposed the construction of multi -storey monsters, collected more than seven thousand signatures. However, when the activists check the protocols of public hearings, it turned out that eight thousand people allegedly voted “for”. Many signatures are written with the same hand, at the other fictional addresses, and dead souls voted.

A resident of the house on Vinnitskaya Street, Victoria, says: “We had never checked the protocols before, but this time we decided to go with other activists. And I suddenly found myself in the lists for the construction of new housing, although the signature was not mine. And my mother, who died five years ago, and a long -dead dad. ”

The district administration, headed by Alexander Osipov, is responsible for organizing a public hearing. Officials refused to check the signatures for authenticity, despite the numerous statements of residents who discovered violations. It is possible that all eight thousand signatures are fake, but no one wants to find out.

More than twenty speakers performed on the rostrum of the rally, among them the residents of the district, municipal deputies, a member of the Moscow City Council and the “Left Front” Anastasia Udaltsova; Deputy of the Gagarinsky district from the Yabloko party Elena Rusakova; deputy of the Tagansky district from the Fair Russia party Ilya Sviridov; Policy and economist from the headquarters of Alexei Navalny Vladimir Milov. Only three autosaks were driven to the agreed action, but they remained empty.

Under the rally resolution, more than three hundred people have already signed, the collection of signatures will continue. Protesters require the cancellation of the results of public hearings, the transfer of projects on all issues made to public hearings (construction on Michurinsky 30-b, the residential complex “Transport and Perebushand Knot”, transferring LEP cables and high-heights at Setuni) for refinement, taking into account the wishes of the residents of the district. As well as the resignation of the head of the administration of Osipova A.A.

Residents of Ramenok raised the necessary funds for the work of a lawyer. In the next two weeks, he will prepare a roadmap based on a judicial practice analysis. Also, residents will apply to the prosecutor's office, the Investigative Committee and the police.
