Manchester United U23 youth team defender Max Taylor has fully recovered from cancer, according to the official website of the English club.

It is noted that the 18-year-old football player is undergoing a rehabilitation course and is under the supervision of specialists.

“I would like to thank the club, which helped me from day one. Thank you to the cancer center staff - Christy from HCA, Melissa from the Cancer Support Center - you have been a huge help to me. I cannot dare to describe in words how my family - my mother, stepfather Matthew, brother George, my girlfriend Lydia and everyone else, it was invaluable support,” the footballer said.

Taylor previously played for Manchester United under the name Dunn. Between 2016 and 2018, the defender played 27 matches in the youth championship of the English Championship (for players under 18 years of age). Several times he was included in the team’s roster for UEFA Youth League matches, TASS emphasizes.
