The penultimate hall of the museum in the Yekaterinburg Yeltsin Center reproduces the atmosphere of the Kremlin cabinet of Boris Yeltsin. On the table - papers and a cup of coffee, right there, nearby, the television cameras, on the TV screen - the last appeal of the first president of Russia. That is the famous - "I'm tired, I'm leaving." By the way, Yeltsin did not say anything like that. "I made a decision." "I did everything I could." “I'm leaving” - three times. Once again simply: "I'm leaving." And not a word about fatigue. But the nation remembered what she remembered.
Vladimir Putin, who will make the next message to the Federal Assembly on February 20, is definitely not tired. He is awake, in excellent shape and is ready for accomplishments. And even the news about the fact that at the next training session, the shalun already froze, that is, sorry, the president damaged his finger, the Kremlin’s press service rapidly denied.
The message is to be! - Why wouldn't it not be expressed, since Soviet propaganda stamps are back in fashion?
What do we know about the upcoming message for sure? Only different little things. Putin, according to his spokeswoman Dmitry Peskov, is so busy preparing for the message that he did not even read the article by Vladislav Surkov about the “long state of Putin”, although the president was reported to the president. So busy that he does not even have time to read about his own greatness. Surkov should be unpleasant, it should be: dreamed of regaining the position of the main ideologist, and the Big Boss was undergoing. And again, it is not necessary to formulate the tasks for centuries, but to communicate with dangerous and not particularly law -abiding people who are usually called “Donbass veterans”. But all political commentators in the country should envy the president: they had to read the burdensome composition of the intriguer, which went out into the circulation of the intrigue, and even look for secret meanings in it.
It is reliably known that at the message there will be no speaker of the Federation Council Valentina Matvienko. And, of course, this is in no way connected with the scandalous arrest of Senator Rauf Arashukov on charges of multibillion -dollar theft and organizing custom -made murders. It is in no way connected with the ridiculous situation in which after this arrest was the most meaningless of state authorities. Matvienko simply did not cancel the previously planned visit to the countries of Southeast Asia, and the message will watch online.
Just a St. George Hall on repair. So, it turns out that we are rapidly moving towards the inevitable prosperity that even the Kremlin began to slowly fall apart, and there is nowhere to bow the head of the Russian president
And finally, the president will read the message not in the Kremlin, but in the Gostiny Dvor. And there is no secret sign or, for example, the desire to be closer to the adored people. Just a St. George Hall on repair. Or is there a sign? So, it turns out that we are rapidly moving towards the inevitable prosperity that even the Kremlin began to slowly fall apart, and there is nowhere to bow the head of the Russian president.
All the rest are guesses. Sources claim that for Putin they are looking for a “positive agenda”. That we are talking about external threats, the latest missiles and military victories no longer impressive the audience. I am tired about the growth of defense capacity, it will have to be about the growth of welfare. Not about the goals on the territory of the probable enemy, but about the goals of the starting national projects.
However, after all, he also began the past message for health: stability, stability, savings of the people, the expansion of the space of freedom. And then it rushed -somehow painted cartoons, rockets, on an unpredictable trajectory predictably flying on Florida, military lasers, piu-PIUs.
A positive agenda is a positive agenda, but to definitely vouch for the fact that the president will not turn on a favorite topic with missiles and this year, still somehow too bold.
They sometimes say that the message is primarily addressed to elites. This, of course, is not so. Yes, the owners of the country will gather in the hall, but the main thing is not what is in the hall, but what is on the TV. And on the TV in the next couple of weeks there will be nothing else. The message will be cut into short intelligible fragments for the releases of all existing channels, they will be taken to quotes, in each phrase they will find unthinkable wisdom and incredible depth, and will share their enthusiasm from each iron. This is not for elites. The president, as usual, will talk with the people.
The people are nervous, the ratings showered like a plaster in the St. George Hall, pension reform is impressive much more than any military victories. Officials, risking a career, vying to the citizens that the authorities did not promise them and should not. Putin will have to promise. For all. Drenches hint that he will promise new kindergartens, new kindergartens and, of course, economic growth. Maybe even new freedoms.
Michael Kalvi would have spoke about the prospects for economic growth and improvement of the investment climate, who had spent decades to convince Western businessmen that it can be invested in Russia, and who, under arrest, is now due to the well -coordinated and clear work of the FSB aimed at finishing the Russian economy
And here you begin to regret that the message is a solo number. It would be more intelligible if the president had called assistants to cover individual topics.
In order for the prospects for economic growth and improving the investment climate to be told, for example, the founder of Baring Vostok, Michael Kalvi , who spent decades to convince Western businessmen, which can be invested in Russia, and who, under arrest, is now due to the coordinated and clear work of the FSB aimed at finishing the Russian economy.
About legislative innovations - at least the same Senator Rauf Arashukov : lawyers just refuted rumors that he allegedly did not speak the Russian language. He would have done it. Perhaps one glance at the youngest of the members of the Federation Council is enough for the desire to ask questions about the work of legislators forever.
The Pskov journalist Svetlana Prokopyeva , who tried to explain in one of the texts, the FSB officers, that if the detainees should be tortured, inventing whole criminal organizations aimed at seizing the authorities, could provoke young radicals to a hard response, and which is now threatening 7 years in prison for “justification of terrorism”.
The country has turned into a ball of problems, and all of them rest against irremovable power. In one person who consciously built the system for himself for years, destroyed the sphere of living policy, replaced real institutions with fictions
And about the growth of welfare and savings of people, it would probably be worth asking the elderly from the Perm Shelter “Nadezhda”, who was prevented from starving from hunger. Although here a long line could come out of those who wanted to speak, many would have found something to say.
The country has turned into a ball of problems, and all of them rest against irremovable power. In one person who, for years, consciously built the system for himself, destroyed the sphere of living policy, replaced real institutions with fictions and skillfully conducted the inherents of the close associates, then pulling them among themselves, then throwing a piece of fatter. Professional sneaks with the Government do not lie: the situation in the economy, and domestic political achievements, and foreign policy victories are primarily its merit. In all directions, there is a dead end, and regardless of any promises, there is nothing especially to wait-he simply does not know how to do it differently.
And - if we are talking about a “positive agenda” - the only news that gives a chance to exit from all dead ends at once, there would be a short phrase, the very words that Yeltsin did not say at one time, but who everyone heard and remembered: “I am tired, I am leaving.”
Well, do not wait. We will not wait, of course.
A visitor to the museum in the Yeltsin Center, having left the president’s office, enters the Freedom Hall. It’s too early for us there.
