Once again simply: "I'm leaving." And not a word about fatigue. But the nation remembered what she remembered.

Vladimir Putin, who will make the next message to the Federal Assembly on February 20, is definitely not tired. He is awake, in excellent shape and is ready for accomplishments. And even the news about the fact that at the next training session, the shalun already froze, that is, sorry, the president damaged his finger, the Kremlin’s press service rapidly denied.

All the rest are guesses. Sources claim that for Putin they are looking for a “positive agenda”. That we are talking about external threats, the latest missiles and military victories no longer impressive the audience. I am tired about the growth of defense capacity, it will have to be about the growth of welfare. Not about the goals on the territory of the probable enemy, but about the goals of the starting national projects.

However, after all, he also began the past message for health: stability, stability, savings of the people, the expansion of the space of freedom. And then it rushed -somehow painted cartoons, rockets, on an unpredictable trajectory predictably flying on Florida, military lasers, piu-PIUs.

A positive agenda is a positive agenda, but to definitely vouch for the fact that the president will not turn on a favorite topic with missiles and this year, still somehow too bold.

Solo

They sometimes say that the message is primarily addressed to elites. This, of course, is not so. Yes, the owners of the country will gather in the hall, but the main thing is not what is in the hall, but what is on the TV. And on the TV in the next couple of weeks there will be nothing else. The message will be cut into short intelligible fragments for the releases of all existing channels, they will be taken to quotes, in each phrase they will find unthinkable wisdom and incredible depth, and will share their enthusiasm from each iron. This is not for elites. The president, as usual, will talk with the people.

The people are nervous, the ratings showered like a plaster in the St. George Hall, pension reform is impressive much more than any military victories. Officials, risking a career, vying to the citizens that the authorities did not promise them and should not. Putin will have to promise. For all. Drenches hint that he will promise new kindergartens, new kindergartens and, of course, economic growth. Maybe even new freedoms.
