On those weekends, I was detained twice. The first was on Saturday, February 9. We planned the action in support of Open Russia , made a beautiful banner, but did not manage to expand it. They were going to meet in Sabwey on the street of Decembrists, and there was already a shit in civilian clothes. There was a gazelle with tinted glasses, cops and “astronauts” came (law enforcement officers in protective helmets- ATS-info ). They began to take everyone, and I went sideways from the Gazelle, quickly reached the stop and got on the bus. From the window I saw how the guys led, breaking their hands, as if they were some kind of terrorists. I’m driving myself in this bus in upset feelings, I drove like that for 10 minutes. The bus stops at a traffic light in red light, on both sides of the car, someone demands to open the doors, the cops enter the bus and take me right from there.
In the department we were held for three hours and released. Apparently, they wanted to pick up the banner: we made a very beautiful banner, just a work of art. And we decided to try to hold the action again. Quickly on the knee made another banner, no longer so beautiful. We went to Nevsky to choose a place and do something else, but behind us is just a crowd of eshnikov. There were so many of them, never rocked at all, as if on an ad, they scored them to work. We dragged after us, ran after journalists. We are very tired, it was no difference to us where to go out. We leave with a banner for a small garden, and opposite us cops. Well, we passed three seconds.
Our guys ran again, the cops broke after them. And I did not run, I again went sideways to the sidewalk. I have a banner in my hands, but no one follows me. And again I calmly get on the bus and leave. This time I already reached home. They, apparently, want to roll, break their hands, put in the snow, face on asphalt, that's all. And if so with me, then it will be dumb, probably. Maybe that's why I managed to leave.
On Sunday, there was a “march of maternal anger”, and there I was detained before the start of the procession. People in helmets were detained, among them the girl was young with glued eyelashes and a scythe. She was very proud of her work, was in a feminist, she said: “I am so well done, dragged with everyone, yes, I can!”
Brought to the 28th department. They didn’t explain anything to me there, but I was sure that I was detained for the march. Three hours pass, and we have such a dialogue with the police:
- Well, guys, I'm getting up and leaving now, it turns out? You have not a protocol, nothing.
- Yeah, now it was straight, running away. We are sitting and silent.
- So, what, what's the matter?
- That's it, we have the right to 48 hours.
And then I realized that somehow the events turned differently. I was left for the night, in the evening Dinar (human rights activist Dinar Idrisov-OWD-Info) with Sasha Mironov broke out in the evening, but then they did not even make a protocol, and they left.
Seven hours after the detention, they brought me a protocol. I read it and see that they took me in general for the Saturday. In the protocol, of course, some kind of nonsense was written, I refused to sign it, this girl with a scythe expanded, I also broke.
And then just came to me by Nastya Burakova, a lawyer of “Open Russia”, they didn’t let her out of her hours. This woman with eyelashes and a scythe was replaced by the district police officer, I show her where the protocol is written incorrectly, and I say: “I have a lawyer right now. Let's go in, and we will quickly sign everything together. ” I understand that there is no particular difference, sign or not sign. And then the district police officer then agreed, they let Nastya.
This was the first protocol, it was written in it that I had part 6.1 (Article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses, participation in the action that prevented the movement of transport and pedestrians- OTD-info ). Nastya and I took a picture of the protocol, and she left.
The next day, Dinar comes to me and asks: "When were you in the prosecutor's office?" It turned out that before that he wanted to get into the department, and he was told that I was in the prosecutor's office. In fact, I was in the department, I sat there. And he rode around the city, looking for me. Probably, the duty officer at that moment simply wanted to be behind him right now.
Then the district police officer with a mournful face comes and says: “Yes, Svetlana Anatolyevna ... Here you were afraid of this eighth part, and now we will re -qualify it.” It gives me a second protocol, which says that I have a repeated violation (the rules of the event, part 8 of article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses- ATS-Info ). I sign it, I want to leave the first protocol for myself, and she very cleverly grabs it from my hands and quickly tears. I don’t know why she did this, but I have a picture of it anyway.
On the same day they could be sent to court. I am PRG (member of the election commission with a ruling vote- OTD-info ), so the prosecutor's office had to give its consent to this. And she gave, but began to pull with some other pieces of paper.
I thought that they did so specifically that I spent two days in the department. Everyone knows that sitting in the department is torture. This is gorgeous in specialists - I equate them to single -star hotels. And in the department is so -so. For two days, I was once offered a “homeless package”. That's what they called him, not “doshirak” or “hot meal”, but a “homeless package”. I have not seen someone else offered them at all. I refused, but I do not think that others would refuse.
I saw how the guys asked for water in the next cell - they offered to go to get water in the toilet. They did so. When I asked for a mattress, they told me: “We don’t have an IVS” (temporary detention center- ATS-info ). Instead of a mattress, they gave me a thin, raffle blanket. It gives absolutely nothing, but creates the illusion of something. They do not bring to the toilet. A person who was 228 (an article on the acquisition and storage of drugs- OVD-info ), very intelligently asked: “Excuse me, please, here is a matter, I need a toilet.” No one reacted. Through God, he knew how many hours the door was opened to him, it turned out that he dangled in some cups from under Coca-Cola. And they were wildly indignant. What they were indignant - I do not know.
On Tuesday, I was taken to court an hour before 48 hours. (Human rights activist Dinar Idrisov later clarified that by the time Utkin was taken to court, there were five minutes left until 48 hours, and in court she was at the moment when she was no longer in custody without a court decision.- OVD-info ) The escorts depicted something from themselves, they pulled me under the arms, lifted me up. We drove up to the trial, they saw Dinar in the distance, began to cover him with obscenities. I hear, Idrisov comes up and asks: “Are you not taking Utkin?” They say, "No." I started pounding on the door, but he did not hear.
The meeting at the request of the defense was postponed. Then they postponed once again - my defenders asked to call Sentemov and Fedorenko to court - these are two of our main echniks. Sentemov (senior lieutenant Ruslan Sentemov- OTD-Info ) usually works on a small garden on single pickets. And Fedorenko (head of the police lieutenant colonel Yevgeny Fedorenko- OTD-Info ) is such a gray cardinal, he simply sculpts all these things.
At first I thought that this was just such a good luck of my defenders that only our witnesses were called. And then at our other detainee, Alexander Ilyin, they also postponed the meeting and called everyone in a row. Now I think this is the general line of the one who steers this court. Apparently, everyone had the task of postponing and calling witnesses. Although, of course, it is not clear why they are doing this.
