Shilova said that she worked in the company for five months, and when she began to tell the authorities about the shortcomings in production, she was fired. The Readovka website states that this is the project of the Smolensk PR agency Ready. The only owner of the company is Alexei Kostylev. In the summer of 2018, the agency took part in tenders for the PR service of Moscow hospitals, but lost. Also last year, Kostyleva registered the domain name Wargonzo.ru. War Gonzo is a project of the military correspondent Life News Semen Pegov and the general director of Life News Aram Gabrelenov. Semyon Pegov began a journalistic career in Smolensk, where he met Kostrodulev. Readovka arranged open lectures in Smolensk, the seeds of Pegova and published poetry of the journalist .

According to the sources of Medusa, Readovka worked with the administration of the Smolensk region a past, but last year Alexei Kostylev had a conflict with representatives of the governor’s team and he moved to Moscow. “The site had problems with finances, but money appeared in the fall, they say that Semyon Pegov helped the investor,” says Kostylev’s acquaintance.

Kostylev denied information about the conflict with the administration of the Smolensk region. He described his relationship with Semen Pegov as friendly. At the request of Pegov, he registered the domain Wargonzo.ru (“It was easier for me”) and “provided him with SMM services.” Readovka does not have relations with Life News, according to Kostylev, although earlier the Smolensk edition “sold their content”.
