A resident of Ust-Kamenogorsk spoke about the onset of strange chicken eggs with an unusual composition, posting a video on Instagram. “Today at work, they showed plastic eggs from China. Now it has reached Kazakhstan. They are dancing like vanka -tunes on the table. They specially split, and inside the gel. Egg with the seal. When you cook, then look, bought carefully,” the voice is heard.
However, specialists of the city public health protection department, having checked several outlets, did not find synthetic chicken products similar to the one described in the video. This was reported by the portal "News of Ust-Kamenogorsk and East Kazakhstan region."
The President of the Poultry Association Ruslan Sharipov suggested that, most likely, synthetic eggs from China were in the East Kazakhstan region, which, due to their low value, are in demand among representatives of the low-income segments of the population. The expert said that this is an isolated case and the residents of the region have nothing to worry about. There was also not a single complaint of a similar nature to the public health protection department.

Meanwhile, on the eve of the social networks and messengers of Kyrgyzstan, a video from Osh began to spread, where a local resident claims that he bought fake eggs with a “rubber” yolk on the market and warns about the need to be careful before buying. The head of the State Inspectorate for Veterinary and Phytosanitary Security of Kyrgyzstan Kalysbek Zhumakanov informed the regional correspondent Sputnik Kyrgyzstan that the Osh Party of eggs was brought from Issyk-Kul region.
In response to this, the head of the Issyk-Kul regional inspection of veterinary and phytosanitary security, Bakyt Sharapov said that there were no large incubators for the production of eggs. “If these eggs were produced in the region, then a local veterinarian will be responsible for this. Of the large enterprises, we only have a farm in the village of Sary-Kamysh, which contains 175 thousand chickens. We need reasonable documents to say that the eggs have been brought to Osh from Issyk-Kul. All this must be subjected to a thorough check,” he said.
The head of the poultry association Rustam Osmonaliev told Kaktus.media that fake eggs were brought from Uzbekistan.
“We repeatedly, including through the media, turned to the government in connection with smuggled eggs from the Republic of Uzbekistan without appropriate veterinary documents, certificates of origin, and so on. As soon as smuggling from Uzbekistan began in our country, such eggs began to occur in our markets,” Osmonaliev said.
The "rubber" yolk, according to him, is explained by a long storage of the product in freezers. According to another version, we are talking about an artificial egg of smuggling origin, produced in Uzbekistan or China.
“We have several border points where there is no veterinary control. And through these points“ Nesuns ”(there is such a thing) they can bring from 75 thousand eggs to the territory of our country in hand luggage. This product does not meet the veterinary standards, the technical regulation of the EAEU, that is, it is dangerous for use,” added Osmonaliev. He pointed out that in connection with these illegal rehearsals, law -abiding manufacturers of the eating egg are on the verge of bankruptcy.
The fact that they began to fake eggs in China was reported back in 2010 . Then it was reported that such products are cheaper and created much faster than those that appear naturally. Fakes are very similar to the original, have a shell, yolk and protein.
Such eggs are "created" using a gasoline of sodium, lacton, carboxymethyl cellulose, calcium carbide, lysine and other substances. The eggs dangerous for health are characterized by increased fragility of the shell and the smell of chemicals, which can be felt when cooking. In addition, if you fry the chemical "egg", the protein forms much more bubbles than a natural product.
