Putin called the support of families and fertility the main task. New benefits are offered for large families, in particular, co -financing of mortgage payments.

Putin also promised to fight poverty, develop education and healthcare. As an example of the region where the mechanisms to combat poverty really work, the president called the Tomsk region.

In particular, by 2021 it was promised to provide all settlements with medical care, to connect all schools to a high -speed Internet, as well as equip all schools with sewage. Putin promised to send trillion rubles to fight oncological diseases.

Putin also touched the so -called garbage reform, instructing it to follow the activists of the All -Russian Popular Front.
