When people begin to speak - but in other countries, corruption is also and not everything is good, I always think - what a cattle are you. Not so much I emphasized on this thought, but it always flashes. Because when people try to put an equal sign between episodic corruption as a crime and corruption, which replaced the public administration system, who are they, if not cattle?

In our case, we are not talking about episodic corruption. Our corruption is the basis of the state system. It is its foundation.

How does system corruption look in practice?

Any service, any right - only after payment for the parasite, only after the offer, only after the bow of the prince. The law does not guarantee anything. Absolutely. Nothing can be achieved by the court. Only concepts and connections work.

This is when any good, access to any right and opportunity lies through the institution of mediation in the form of a layer of parasites. With systemic corruption, it is completely optional for you to become a conscious and voluntary participant in the corruption scheme - by default, you are a link in the corruption chain simply upon the use of a particular service. You go along the road, on the construction of which a billion was stolen; You pour gasoline into the tank, produced at a factory belonging to the son of the mayor; You pay for the services of housing and communal services to a structure that has been knocked out of the market of competitors thanks to a bribe; You go to a taxi, the owners of which cleared the niche for themselves by the methods of brothers from the 90s, and so on.

The layer of parasites forms an insurmountable filter between you and the implementation of any desire, whether it is a movement, any product, using a connection, opening and functioning of a stall, a desire to build a house, protection of interests-anything.

System corruption will never allow competition to develop, since all key spheres are occupied by parasites, relatives of parasites and friends of parasites. They see competition in terrible dreams and bones will lie down to destroy it by any means.
System corruption provides guaranteed enrichment with the most arrogant, unprincipled, unscrupulous, stupid freaks.

The layer of parasites is pressed into a homogeneous mass, in which everyone is tied to each other and serve one goal - to ensure the best conditions and capabilities for themselves.

They can easily be changed places-and just nothing will change, the teacher-falsifier is to put in the judge’s chair, to attach to the judge of the investigator, the investigator to send the deputies to the deputies, all these people in systemic corruption are very inconsistent from each other, because they do not perform the functions prescribed by the law, but live by concepts, covering each other and helping each other and helping each other and helping each other. Stay afloat in any layout.

Sometimes the layer spits a member as a piece of dirt, falling off under the weight of its weight-this is the costs of the system, it happens very rarely and always serves as an additional incentive to take on each other stronger and more closely close the ranks.

In systemic corruption, general success and development is impossible, since the bulk of resources, effort, time is absorbed by this filter consisting of parasites. The layer shocks all efforts and comes to nothing.

Ordinary citizens do not understand that taxes are only a small part of what they are forced to give. Monthly “corruption payments” are much more significant, which do not pass through the statements and are not amenable to accounting.

Just when the teacher hears that in America, for example, his colleague receives 400 thousand, and he is only 30, this means that about 370 thousand he pays the so -called “corruption payments”, which in the conditions of normal economy and the law -abiding functioning of the state would reach him, but in conditions of systemic corruption only 10%reaches him.

Here, in fact, is the whole difference between corruption in civilized countries, where “corruption payments” account for 0-10% of citizens' income, and systemic corruption in Russia, where citizens are forced to give the last pants and listen from it about pasta, the lack of debt of the state and irreparable damage inflicted by war 80 years ago.
