Why the teachers pretend that nothing was happening is incomprehensible. Parents had to contact teachers and school administration. I don’t know why they could not react to their appeals, but adults should do everything to solve the problem with adults: with teachers, with the administration, with the parents of this student. If for some reason no one reacts in any way, adults can probably be penetrated into a children's team, but, of course, not in this way. Because as a result, they got an escalation of violence. The boy attacked the children, and then the adult group attacked the boy, wildly humiliated him. And in this way they legalized violence, if adults do this, then this can be. And then only an increase in violence can be expected, because they changed the cultural norm in this small community, moved this moral and cultural line.

If the child comes from school and says that he is offended, it is very important to let him feel that the family is on his side. In no case should you tell him to understand himself or that they beat everyone, that we were also beaten. This is absolutely unacceptable, it is a victimization, such a reaction accustoms the child to be either a rapist or a victim. The child needs, firstly, to console and emotionally support, and, secondly, to go to understand. You can’t react to this, because it creates a precedent. If the administration of the school and teachers do not react, go to higher instances. According to the law, the school is responsible for the safety of children while they are in it.
