As participants in the events in the Crimea and in the Donbass lost curators, money and freedom

A series of five years begins: first Maidan, then Crimea, then Donbass. Officially, Russia took part only in “ensuring security during the referendum” on the peninsula. But, of course, there was also a “unofficial” part of the work that “patriotic businessmen” financed, and carried out members of various military-patriotic organizations. Of course, under the curators of the security forces. Today, yesterday's curators are cleaning the “tails”, and their wards have ceased to be socially close. Therefore, instead of money and awards, criminal cases are often awaiting them.

Difficult without "dad"

“Each of the pro -Kremlin organizations has curators. But the "raccoons" managed to get a lot with everyone. And such a brand was! " - Nikolai is lamented, now the manager, and in the past - “raccoon”.

“Raccoon Corp.”, It is also the regional public organization “Unified People's Community Partnerships”, did not meet all the requirements of the canon, because she did not have “dad”. That is, the curator, which is appointed by employees either by officials, or the FSB, well, or Prigozhin, which is the “dad” in itself.

Organizations as such have been not there for several months, but all former “raccoons” have been in active development. Some have already been arrested according to serious and at the same time “non -political” articles. This is called - put into expense.

To my question to Nikolai, why do they take precisely “raccoons”, and not other activists related to various kinds of power shares and events in the Donbass, for example, the same Milchakov from Rusich or Tarasevich from Serb, I received a very intelligible answer:

“Everything is not so simple for us. It’s not enough to have a “dad”, you need to be needed. You yourself find topics, suggest, if you like it, you work, and then you are covered from all sides. The main thing is not to swear, even when the curators are deceiving you, and they do it often. Our commander did not agree with such a situation. Now the commander is in jail, FSB officers work with him. There is something to think about, right? "

The commander, Roman Telenkevich, aka Vodyanoy, decided to dissolve the organization when he realized that the pressure from the former allies and security forces became too strong. Several "raccoons" directly warned that soon they would be planted. This information was softly conveyed to the novel: they say, this is revenge. He did not have time to figure out why.

Now Telenkevich is taking place in the criminal case of extortion, allegedly committed by a pair of former “raccoons” in Tuapse. This is an ordinary business, which is not even of particularly large damage, nevertheless, the central apparatus of the FSB of the Russian Federation accompanies. Telenkevich was taken to Krasnodar through Lubyanka. There he was explained in detail that this is only the first step, that then he would be returned to Moscow.

According to Novaya Gazeta, a “big” criminal case will be related to the topic of military-patriotic fees, which the “raccoons” carried out from year to year all the same curators.

But now this can be interpreted as involving minors in extremist activity.

Maidan, Crimea, Donbass

The raccoons appeared eight years ago, when power patriotism was not yet in trend. Igor Mankushev, who is about thirty today, then headed the movement “Bright Rus'”.

“We conducted a joint raids with the police at the places of residence of illegal migrants, and Roman Teenkevich headed the national team near Moscow. They began to communicate, began to hold joint events. And over time, they were mutual, ”says Igor Mankushev.

So the "Raccoon Corp." Was created. The organization mainly searched for money-and found-it was on military-patriotic topics. “In 2012, we held colossal fees at that time,” says Vladimir Khomyakov, who then headed the right patriotic organization “People’s Cathedral”. - In three days of gathering, 450 people passed through us. In addition to us, no one was engaged in military patriotics then. In general, no one. We collected one and a half million rubles - at that time it was a lot. ”

The subsidiary was at the People’s Cathedral in Ukraine. “She was led by Igor Druz. Not the one that is television, but the “right” friend, ”Khomyakov laughs. - The guys worked tightly with the Ukrainian Orthodox Church. Acted against the Uniates. They were even taken to the Rada through the representative office of the UOC. By the way, I first brought Strelkov to Ukraine. He then worked for Malofeev ( “Orthodox oligarch”, one of the sponsors of the “Russian Spring” - Yu.P. ) as the head of the security and was supposed to accompany the transportation of important church relics to Ukraine. I then gave Strelkov my guys, because he had no one there. ” So the "Gifts of the Magi" came to Ukraine.

“It was clear that there would be something in Ukraine. Therefore, Mangushev in 2014 went to the Maidan. Our guys went everywhere, up to the headquarters, ”Khomyakov continues. - “Raccoon” participated in skirmishes in the Crimea in the isthmus together with the Cossacks and “Golden Eagle”. Then the friend joined Strelkov in Slavyansk, became some kind of Minister of Propaganda. And "Raccoon Corp." Humanitarian goods from Russia to the Donbass began to be accompanied. They got to Lugansk and returned. Trips started back and forth. ”

There were 14 expeditions in total. Former “raccoons” claim that they were not paid directly for the accompaniment of the humanities, but it was necessary for both the sponsors of the military-party camps and the security forces. However, in the Donbass, the humanitarian in itself became particularly valuable goods.

On the territory of the “LPR” “raccoons” issued weapons, they received it upon arrival at the “republic”, and upon leaving they handed over to the commandant’s office. "Raccoon" managed to fight.

“There were in Chernukhino, these are fights for Debaltseve. ISU Munaev managed to “fill up” - that Chechens that he fought for Ukraine, and according to whom he was happy with a minute of silence. "Squirrel" removed it. He was an artillery adjustor, ”says Khomyakov.

According to him, when the fighting ended, the "raccoons" again began to engage in military fees, especially since the money gave sponsors from the Donbass. “Bulgarians, Serbs, Montenegrins, Belarusians came. From the LPR, in general, the first course of a military school came. Everything was legally, the events were agreed at the highest level, everyone knew everything in the FSB of the Russian Federation and the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation. Then our guys, led by Roma Vodyanoy, helped Boroda ( “Ex-Prime Minister of the“ DPR ”. - Yu.P. ) to create a union of volunteers of Donbass. So everyone was in sight, ”says Khomyakov.

In search of money

After the flight of Strelkov from the Donbass, the raccoon helped him hold his first press conference immediately upon returning to Moscow. By that time, he had already become an outcast for the "elites", but remained an authority for many combatants and participants in hostilities.

“We have never worked with Malofeev. Although I offered him to support military patriotics. But he “squeezed,” says Vladimir Khomyakov. “Besides, he began to friction with Strelkov, he threw Strelkov, let's say so.”

Both Khomyakov and the Raccoon retained friendly relations with Strelkov, as well as with Borod, who was jokingly called "Pinocchio".

“When a beard conceived the SDD, he needed people from Lugansk and at the same time Russians,” says another former member of the Raccoon Corp. Sergey (name changed). - Roma Vodyanoy came to Boroda and said that we, they say, are not at that age to engage in charity, let's better help you. At the same time, we get co -financing and we will work as before, but under the auspices of the SDD. Beard agreed and at the first congress of the organization Teenkevich sat next to him, entered the board. But in order to regularly receive money, it was necessary to continue to sit like a suction cup near the beard, and Roma appeared there from time to time. For a whole year from Beard, there was neither hearing nor spirit. We all gathered and told Roma that we are not very clear our interaction with the SDD. And then Boroday’s idea is born: to carry out fees. We were offered to be instructors there, but we did not go, because we did not agree on the conditions. Those who agreed worked at the training camp for a month, and then Borodi arrived at the training ground and explained to the peasants that no one owed anything to anyone. After that, our article "Black Tag" was born. "

Raccoon announced the exit from the CDD by publication on their website. They explained by the semi -trees that they were not satisfied with the leadership policy and even posted a photo where Teenkevich cuts himself from all other participants in the very first congress.

“The most important thing is that we parted with Alexander Yuryevich [Boroday], but everyone decided, maybe from his presentation, that we declared war on Surkov, and this is not true. And then we talked with the beard, ”says Nikolai. “From that moment on our projects, we could not take money.”

In general, there were no more special possibilities. But problems began.

“Until the mid -sixteenth year, it was a team of like -minded people, capable of solving the most multidisciplinary problems. Unfortunately, the ambitions of Telenkevich led to the departure of many people and conflicts with external organizations. Since March 2016, I have nothing to do with the "Raccoon Corp." And I did not know about internal affairs, ”says Igor Mangushev. - The reason for my departure was the disagreement with the party line. A meaningless war with the Patriarch (Raccoons supported the intra -church opposition. - Yu.P.), the gap with the SDD and the failure due to the fault of the headquarters of several commercial projects inevitably had to lead the organization to death. "

PMC is not a PMC

At first, the raccoons lost money, then the connections. The organization continued to carry out military-patriotic fees, but it was increasingly difficult to find funds each time. The raccoons tried to interact with the "two -headed eagle" and with the "Izborsky Club".

“We were explained by the idea of ​​global, political: that we have two ideas in the country national-oriented, it is monarchism and communism. These two organizations were supposedly created by almost one tower, ”says Nikolai.

During the period of lack of money about "raccoon borders." A series of publications appears, including in foreign media, where the organization is called a "private military company." But the “raccoons” have never been in Syria or Africa, and did not work as mercenaries in the war at all.

“The story about PMC is due to the fact that scandalous information campaigns are not only a source of my earnings, but also a hobby. And the Mulka about PMCs, thrown by liberal journalists, took root and went for a walk on. PMC involves profit from the war, and we spent orders of magnitude more money on the Donbass campaign than earned, ”says Mangushev.

Seconded "raccoons"

In addition to public work, members of the Raccoon Corp. They were framed as assistants to the investigator MMST (Moscow Interregional Investigation Department for Transport of the Investigative Committee) and technical specialists of the FSB of the Russian Federation. In this capacity, they participated in the conduct of searches, the fight against organized crime groups, counter -terrorism operations and raids, and conducted research on computer technology. There were many such raids, but one turned out to be fatal for almost everyone.

In early November 2017, criminal case No. 11702009610000027 was instituted by investigator Rakhmatulin on the fact of the IPhone smuggling from the United States to Russia.

“This is an organized crime group under the cover of Moscow security forces. They steal these cards and pay these cards stolen “iPhones” and other equipment. From America, the technique comes in the form of depersonalized premises, no one reveals them, because recruited mail employees work, then certain people come and take the parcels, registering again to the left passports, ”the employee MMST Vlad (the name changed) who took part in the operation tells me. -At first, these phones are taken to the warehouse “Slotnik”, and then to the “hump”. As part of the criminal case, we traveled at eighteen addresses, found everything we need. During the interrogation, one of the participants in the organized crime group showed that all goods are stored and sold on a “hump”. In the evening, we arrived at the pink salmon, opened their central office, seized servers with all over the lease, interviewed people. From this moment, opposition from the hosts of the “pink salmon”, organized crime groups and security forces began - their “roofs”. Most of those involved in this case were pleased, they even tried to institute criminal proceedings, although there are all documents justifying our actions. ”

The criminal case is being investigated now, but those who lead it, the problems began almost immediately. The first to hit the pink salmon staff, who agreed to simply talk with the investigative group. The seller boy Semen Volkov just a few days after the conversation with the investigator was arrested for selling an allegedly stolen iPhone, he was put in a colony for three years. The second was the investigator who ordered the office to open, he was fired two weeks later, moreover, a criminal case was opened against him.

“The owners of the“ pink salmon ”tried to return the seized servers, intimidating the MMSUT employees and offering bribes. Our boss - Rachmatulin - was also fired, - says another of the participants in that operation. “The raccoons were very angry then, before the World Cup, they still ordered them to disperse all.”

The case of the garage

At the end of August, two members of the Raccoon Corp., Vasily Minchik and Denis Karaban were arrested in the Krasnodar Territory. According to the investigation, they penetrated into someone else's garage. If so, then they must appear before the court. But it is interesting that from the very beginning the case of the Tuapse garage, the charge of which was supplemented by the article “Extortion”, began to be accompanied by the central apparatus of the FSB of the Russian Federation. This fact is reflected in the materials of the criminal case, so that the version of my interlocutors that the “development” of the “raccoons” could be related to the episode on the “hump” and that they, in fact, became the expenditure material even in the war of the security forces for financial flows does not look unfounded.

Two lawyers representing the interests of the accused at first could still get to their client, but then they simply stopped letting them down.

“My client was concerned from the very beginning,” says lawyer Maxim Pashkov. - On January 22, my colleague Nikolai Fomin and I arrived in a pre -trial detention center, but we were not allowed to client, saying at first that one was on investigative actions, and the second in the hospital. We called the investigator of the IC of the Russian Federation for especially important cases of Krasnodar Susk Tsukanov, he categorically denied that investigative actions were underway. On January 25, I arrived again to my client Vasily Minchik, but they didn’t let me in, saying that he was hospitalized with suspected tuberculosis. On February 7, I arrived in the Krasnodar pre -trial detention center, but they didn’t let me in, saying that my client refused me. My colleague came to Karaban, and he told how the FSB officers of the Russian Federation worked with them, they come from Moscow and demand from him to sign some papers. ”

Vasily testified to his commander Teenkevich. Apparently, those about which he was asked. And continues to give. For this, as usual, they promised the minimum deadlines. Roman Telenkevich was detained and delivered to Krasnodar. They drove him through the Lubyanka, where they talked with him for several hours, convincingly recommended taking the lawyer to their intended purpose and abandon the lawyers hired by their family, and said that soon they would all come to Moscow. According to investigators, Telenkevich was the organizer of extortion, but acted in the interests of certain “influential patrons”.

Of course, patrons, and even “influential”, “raccoons” have not been for a long time. But the information about how the Russian special services work, what tasks were carried out for them at different times, how in the war of the security forces for the floods of smuggles the first thing they are allowed into the infantry consumption, and most importantly, who finances such “military-patriotic projects”, former members of the “raccoon corp.” possess. And they are dangerous for former patrons.
