The Telegram channel “Kremlin laundress” published a video , in the description of which it was said: “The anarchists who participated in the Saturday action called:“ The state is the main enemy ”on the Myasnitskaya, knocked early in the door in the morning.”
Later it became known that on this day in the apartment of the Moscow zoo robber Elena Gorban was a search . The girl was delivered to the Main Directorate of the Moscow Ministry of Internal Affairs, where they interrogated. At first, Gorban was in the status of a witness in the case of vandalism (part 1 of article 214 of the Criminal Code), which was excited after the action at the United Russia branch. For four hours, a lawyer was not allowed to Gorban. When she was finally allowed to pass, the girl was already agreeing to admit guilt and testify.
In the evening, the police came to the activist of the Left Bloc Alexei Kobaidze. He refused to open the door, and for a long time the police could not penetrate the apartment. After the search, Kobaidze was also taken to the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and interrogated.
Activists were detained for 48 hours as suspects. Gorban pleaded guilty, and Kobaidze refused to testify, citing an article of the Constitution. After the confrontation, they were released from the IVS under the subscription about the lower -off wizard.
Activists of the Left Bloc and the headquarters of the associations were searched. The security forces detained at least nine people in the case of a broken window.
One of the detainees that day told the OVD-Info how the search took place:
They forcefully opened the door to our room. They shouted the "muzzle on the floor." Glory (Svyatoslav Rechkalov- OVD-info ) lay, I sat against the wall. I tried to watch what they would do, they shouted at me so that I would look at the wall, otherwise I would lie like glory to the floor. They threw a T -shirt on my head so that I could not see what they were doing. They shouted at me and asked me if there was someone else at home. I said I don't know. They began to yell even more. As a result, they burst into the room to the neighbor, introduced under the barrel of the machine gun to us and forced to lie on the floor, hands behind his head.
According to the girl, they tried to receive testimonies against the anarchist Svyatoslav Rechkalov from the detainees. Almost all activists were released on the same day. Rechlov remained in custody, who later reported torture .
“On March 14, I woke up from the fact that the armed armored special forces knocks the door to my apartment. <...> It ended for me all torture with a current with a bag on my head in a microfurgon, during which I was explained that I needed to fight the raiders under the flag of the pro -Kremlin movements, demanded that the leader of the anarchist all Rus', the organizer of all anarchist actions and campaigns in this country <...> approached the presidential presidential, tried to save them from the anarchists. Rechkalov was released from the IVS on a subscription about the lower room. In the early summer of 2018, he left Russia.
In addition to Rechkalov, Elena Gorban, Andrei Sekin and Alexey Kobaidze were suspected in the case, in addition to Rechkalov.

Miftakhov informed the OVD-Info that they came to the hostel of Moscow State University with a search. The activist was not at that moment at that moment. He seized phones, laptop, books and a large sum of money.
In the morning, searches went to several addresses in Moscow and the Moscow Region - in the apartments where there were activists of the anti -render movement, as well as activists of "Narodnaya Self -Defense". Later it became known that the searches were held as part of the case of the manufacture of an explosive device (part 1 of article 223.1 of the Criminal Code), which was found in Balashikha on January 11, 2018. After searches, at least 12 people were detained, including Elena Gorban, Daniil Galkin and Azat Miftakhov. Everyone except Miftakhov was released on the same day.
Galkin later told Mediazone that he was tortured by a stamper and inclined to cooperate. “They throw me on the floor, under the seat, the operatives sit on top, put my legs on me. One put his sneakers on my face. We drove about five minutes. One said: “Well, I promised you.” And they strike me with an electric shock. They didn’t beat quickly - one kept my leg, and the second seconds to three or four put a stun gun at the legs, caviar, closer to the inguinal part. At this time, another operative pulled my hands-that is, they were behind me, and they all the way, about two and a half hours, my hands pulled me. That is, like a swallow, ”he recalled.
At night, the investigator informed lawyer Svetlana Sidorkina that Azat Miftakhov is in the Balashikha IVS. For more than a day, the location of the client was hidden from the lawyer. As it turned out, at this time the anarchist was tortured . Miftakhov told Sidorkina that the screwdriver was put on his chest, from which a trace remained on his body. Then Miftakhov was threatened to insert the tool into the anus. After that, the young man was beaten with his palm over his face, a fist on his chest, kicking his legs and chest, pulled out his hair. Members of the PMC confirmed that on Miftakhov’s body they found traces of torture.
In a conversation with a lawyer, the investigator also stated that Miftakhova was allegedly detained on February 2 at 19:10. However, information about his detention appeared in the media, including official, February 1.
The court had to choose a preventive measure for Miftakhov, but the meeting was postponed for 72 hours.
Miftakhov was released , but at the exit from the IVS they immediately detained , this time in the case of a broken window in the office of United Russia.
The investigation in this case was suspended in September 2018 "until the real possibility of participating suspects in the case." According to Mediazons, the investigation was resumed on the day of Miftakhov’s re -detention, and the case was re -qualified for a more difficult article - hooliganism (part 2 of Article 213 of the Criminal Code).
After the detention of the anarchist, they delivered to the Internal Affairs Directorate in the Northern Administrative District, where Alexei Kobaidze was also called. During the interrogation, Miftakhov said he did not participate in the action. The next day, a recognition was conducted with Kobaidze, during which the activist said that he was not familiar with Mitfakhov.
The classified witness in a mask under the pseudonym Petrov recognized in Miftakhov a participant in the action at the United Russia office. Petrov said that he recognized the activist by “expressive eyebrows”, but could not name what Miftakhov was dressed in, and did not remember other defendants in the case. In addition, the man explained that he did not declare a crime during the year, because at first he was discharged the phone, and then he did not have the opportunity to do this. According to the witness, he decided to contact the police after information appeared in the media about the detention of Miftakhov.
On the same day, the court extended the detention of Miftakhov for another 72 hours, the preventive measure was not elected then.
Golovinsky District Court of Moscow arrested an anarchist until March 7. During the meeting, Miftakhov said that he did not participate in the action with a broken window and denied his guilt.
The anarchist was charged with hooliganism committed by a group of persons (part 2 of article 213 of the Criminal Code).
